Obviously, not having an elevator is a drawback. The rooms we had were lovely, but the street noises and lights can get distracting. The location is perfect for walking everywhere so I guess it’s the trade off. Awkward and small staircases for walking with suitcases. Not good for elderly but awesome for able-bodied people. The convenience of having the bar downstairs is nice for a drink, and the room sizes were really good. I would stay again just for the location.

We have used this little hotel on Stratfords main street numerous times. Well furnished, cute, modern, clean. Easy access out the door to complimentary parking in the back on the river, with walkways and park, on the front with dozens or restaurants, cafes, pubs, and unique little shops.

Super location, great rooms, exceptional service

Great service, rooms quite comfortable, resortish vibe and the food was 10/10. Check in was a breeze, checkout even better. Restaurant is great with a wide selection of local and international beers, and the menu is outstanding. Location is an added perk, centre of the little city and very accessible to other food service joints. The Nespresso is a nice touch (expected, but the little things that matter).
