Room and breakfast were great. Pillows were too soft, not comfortable

Great hotel! Very clean. breakfast had many options.. Only issue I had was, I was awake all night due to I have an issue sleeping anywhere else except my own bed.. Next time I'll make sure to bring something for that!!

NO Complaints
Will stay here every time i visit the city. And next time I'll make sure to check out the pool and jacuzzi which stays open until 11pm!!!! And breakfast is from 6 to 10am but i missed that too lol AND check out is at noon!!!!!! LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!

This was a really nice property. Heather at the front desk was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Jacuzzi could have been a little bit hotter. The breakfast was good. The guy that checked us in was great, sorry forgot his name. Laundry facilities were nice. Easily accessible to lots of different restaurants. I did request a late checkout so I can work for my computer in our room. My husband had training right down the street and was getting out between 3:00 and 4:00. I was hoping for that. The two people at the front desk only allowed me to check out at 1pm, stating the hotel was sold out. I know it wasn't and they were just renovating rooms. I ended up just waking up 3 hours early so I can get work done on my computer since I couldn't be in the hotel room past 1pm. It ended up working out. Overall, it was a very nice property and we would stay there again.

I like that they had rooms to accommodate a family of five. I like the location. It was quiet. I didn't like the room I was in it was right above the pool so our room was very musty smelling. Not very clean Dead bug on the bathroom floor. No toilet paper on the toilet paper roll so I had to grab one and the only one that was available. When we were folding out the sofa bed we found Tootsie rolls and Tootsie roll wrappers under the cushions. I've had better Continental breakfast. Just expecting a little bit more for what we paid for one night. Would go back to the area but probably find a different hotel room next time.

Great service at check-in and very friendly at all hours of the day. The gentlemen working Sunday May 18th around 5:30PM was great and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

A Deeply Disappointing Stay (Incomplete Review - Character Limit).
As a family of three with extensive domestic and international hotel experience, we were shocked to encounter what ranks as our worst hotel stay to date at this Hampton Inn property.
Day 1: Immediate Red Flags Upon Arrival
After a grueling 14-hour flight, we arrived exhausted only to face:
A room missing the advertised bathtub (critical for our toddler's bathing needs)
No prior disclosure about this amenity discrepancy during check-in
An overpowering chemical odor in our replacement room (later revealed to be bleach)
Day 3: Cascading Service Failures
1. Key Malfunction:
Key card failures at both side entrance and room door
Required 2 trips to front desk for resolution
Left standing outside with sleeping child for extended period
2. Housekeeping:
Room not serviced despite promised full cleaning
60+ minute wait with no staff appearance
Dismissive front desk interaction when scheduling next cleaning
Day 4: The housekeeping "service" we received:
✓ Towels replaced
✗ Hairs in bathtub
✗ Unclean toilet/sink
✗ Unvacuumed carpets
✗ Unchanged bedsheets (with visible food crumbs)
- Forced to change sheets ourselves after staff redirect
Day 5: Inadequate Resolution Attempts
Management intervention brought:
Room change due to odor
Hollow promise of Hilton points compensation (irrelevant for third-party bookers)
Noisy neighbors disrupting sleep until 10:30pm despite multiple complaints
