Pros: The hotel is next to Wibautstraat station which is a station that three train roles passed by, very convenient to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Reception staffs are nice and friendly, they do solved all of my requirements. Hotel's Breakfast is at high quality with a fair price(19.50 euro), provided all day breakfast, cheese, cereal, coffee machine, yogurt and different kinds of hams. Rooms are large compare to other hotels near Amsterdam central Free laundry Cons: Cleaners are not paying attention to the room(common for Europe hotels). Bin without putting plastic bag, supplies are not refilling. Cleaning need to wait until 15:30 as I was living at the 1st floor for a 5 stories building. Showing area not covered properly(common for Europe hotels) which make the room floor wet easily.

There are almost no room cleaning. The only thing the hotel did everyday was the supplement of packed waters.They didn't clean the bathroom and the bed anymore during our stay. Even worse is the drain hole in the bathroom. It stucked since the second day during our stay. Every time when we took a shower, it was always flood in the bathroom.

第一天入住發現枱面及櫃旁有液體濺過的污積，第三天要求打掃房間，但浴室還有頭髮和沒有refill茶包。而住戶需要拍卡乘電梯及進入所屬樓層，感覺比較安全，但房門沒有防盜鎖鏈及門底有金屬擋板，帶去的外置門擋都無法使用。

Buzzy, Friendly, Comfortable
We stayed in an excellent room- spacious and comfortable. We loved the activity and warm service downstairs (free sparkling wine happy hour?! games tables!) but spent most of our time at the hotel in the room. The large windows gave wonderful light - and the blackout blinds were very effective and very welcome after our late night at a concert. The shower was great and were happy to see the litre counter to directly demonstrate our individual consumption. Mind the step down when coming out of the bathroom! No mini fridge in our room (we didn't take them up on the offered upgrade which I believe did include one) but we were able to get a bucket of ice from the restaurant downstairs which suited our needs. Generally, the building is in great shape and feels fresh and clean. The staff are open/available and friendly. We chose this spot for it's proximity to the metro stop just two minutes up the road, making it easy to explore the city. We discussed but did not end up using the free bicycles available for hotel guest use (no reservations available, first come first serve). Absolutely would stay here again. We are also interested in using their co-working space sometime as well. Our stay gave us a great impression of this brand.

Great stay just outside the city center
Comfortable hotel, located within a coworking space making it very hip and convenient. You can easily rent bikes, access the Metro, get a cup of coffee at any time, play games, hit the gym and access the laundry. The space in the rooms can be better utilized, we had quite the large room and could have fit a two people sofa and a chair easily apart from the bed. Reason for 4/5 stars is simply because it’s not as centric and takes around 15-20 to make it to city center.
