Great staff

We were disappointed not to be informed at check in we had to request our room to be serviced. Once we had done this though the staff went way beyond expectations. Even to the point of finding me a biscuit or two at night when i was in need. Really great staff.

Very nice hotel. Could not check-in early which was okay because they held my bags and I could use the bathroom to freshen up after a very long flight. Checked-in around 6pm. When I returned to the hitel many people were complaining the AC was not working on the 6th floor. The receptionist tried putting me on the 6th floor. I nicely asked for a different room- thank goodness there was one left and she moved me to floor 2. The hotel was clean, room was very nice. Staff was pleasant. The hotel is very close to China town- great food here. I would stay here again.

The hotel has a great location in central London. But unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations in any way. The elevator was extremely slow and there was only one that worked. We had booked a suite and expected a nice room. The toilet smelled. The room had a stuffy smell and it was not possible to ventilate it. The room seemed worn out. And the extra square meters were not usable due to sloping walls. The breakfast was boring and the coffee tasted strange. We did not feel that we had booked a 4 star hotel and do not think it was worth the money.

Skuffende ophold til den pris

Den ene af de to elevatorer virkede ikke da vi kom. Første værelse virkede aircondition ikke og man kan ikke åbne vinduerne, vi fik et nyt værelse på 7. Sal. Dagen efter virker begge elevatorer ikke så vi skal gå op på 7. Sal, det endte vi med at skulle gøre 3 gange i løbet af opholdet. Det manglede toiletbørste, afløbet i bruseren lugtede og selve brusehovedet var for lavt til vi kunne stå under det (vi er 181-185 cm høje) og morgenmaden var dårlig i forhold til prisen. Personalet var flinke men virkede lidt forvirret til tider

Great location, great check in, room was a great size for London and was quiet despite the proximity to Leicester square. Lighting in corridors and stairwells not so great. Once checked in, no need to scan room key on re entry to gain access to the hotel corridors. Obviously could not access any other rooms but we felt like this was not as safe as could be.

Easy check in and excellent location. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Not noisy during the night, considering the hotel is located on Leicester Sq, but we did stay mid-week, so this may differ at a weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean and nice decor.

Fantastic location. Easy access by foot for entertainment and food. Nice, clean rooms with good decor. Deluxe room had good space. Only one bad point- the twin beds could have been clamped together as a double. Other than that would recommend.
