A mix sound noise hotel
This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. The toilet flushes whole night and after ask the hotel engineer staff to check he said the system works that way which means every 10 mins will have automatic noise flush sound. In addition, the pub downstairs have the loud music which can hear until at least 12:30pm. Therefore it is a mixed sound noise hotel which if you are sensitive about sound will disturb your sleep then do not book. Otherwise, the location is also super very close with the cathedral and historical center.

Muy cómodo y además registro sencillo, servicio de café y pan sin costo por la mañana, el restaurante de abajo muy rico. La habitación muy cómoda y apta para dormir largo y tendido, la habitación tiene una tina de hidromasaje muy conveniente y puedes reservar el uso del jacuzzi del roof.

Le falta mantenimiento, pintura a las paredes, había polvo, solo había una llave de la habitación, había que dejarla y pedirla al llegar cada vez, en las habitaciones si hay WiFi, pero es tan poca la señal que no se conecta a nada, solo una barrita. Would not recommend, rooms are dirty and outdated.
Would NOT recommend. This boutique hotel is in dire need of a refresh and a thorough cleaning. I truly do not know how they have such a high rating. My room had stained sheets, make up stained pillow sheet, the bathroom area was terrible. The toilet had rings indicating it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. The shower had hard water stains throughout. Not to mention it just looks and feels damp and dirty. The dim lighting hides a lot of imperfections but with a flashlight you can see how nasty the room was. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to use the hot tub which was the selling point of this room. We slept on top of the sheets and used the towels as blankets. It was disappointing. The bench seat in front of the bed had debris, crumbs, and hairs in it indicating it had not been vacuumed in some time. The pictures really sell you on it but it was not a clean and fresh room. I don’t know if I got unlucky and got the oldest room but it was not pleasant. The only reason we did not leave was because when we got back to the room after the quick check in, it was late, raining, and dark, and didn’t want to deal with the process of leaving.

Nice, and dated. But amazing staff
Mariana y Marco y Raymundo were EXCELLENT. The owners should be very proud of them - and likely should give them a raise. They are a golden team. There was no Jacuzzi and overall the property has seen better days. The location is hard to beat. And the restaurant that’s downstairs in the courtyard is quite good.
