The lady behind the desk told me that they were over booked after I paid my money and then she turned around and said because I was to late then she told me then she turned around and sad some room was damaged from a fire. By then I turned around and walked away. I had to sleep in my car

it was a housing project in rural Louisiana portrayed on hotels .com as a hotel. As I walked down the hall to my room the odor of weed and soiled diapers filled the air. I did not fell safe staying at this motel.

Minor Inconveniences but Otherwise Okay

The room was clean and the guests and staff were friendly. However, there was no elevator and there was no hot water at the time. I understand that the elevator had been out for quite a while..I would stay again if necessary.

Ac was not working, the hall smelled like cigarette all the time, too much dust and not very clean rooms, the front desk staff were very friendly, that was the best part , beds not comfortable neither pillows, and since we didnt stay longer than 2 days there was no room service, we had to clean our own rooms

My stay was horrible. Room was infested with nats. Also hotel was over booked so I was placed on the smoking floor and had to pay 5$ extra to have. Every time I needed to go get into my room I had to be let in/wait on staff to get into my room. Due to key maker being broken. I ended up cutting my trip short due to these factors. Worst experience I’ve had with extended stay.

Worst place I ever stayed

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot there was people smoking weed by the front entrance, one of them even offered to sell to my wife, at that moment we knew it was gonna go downhill. Check in was fine, we got to the room and there was cigarette asshes, cigarette butts, dirty towel, used toothpaste, dirty sheets. We just turned around and we were gonna ask for a refund and return the key but the lobby was already closed. We walked away either was and stayed somewhere else.

Very Fraudulent, Very Rude!

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Extended Stay America Shreveport through Hotels.com for Aug. 29–31 to attend a funeral. While driving in from Atlanta for her funeral, I got a call from a woman (who refused to give her name) saying she canceled my reservation because it was through a third party and she “didn’t have to honor it.” She called at 5:57 p.m.—three minutes before the cancellation deadline—leaving me stranded in Louisiana with nowhere to stay during a major college game weekend. By the grace of God I found another room, but then discovered the hotel still charged me in full despite denying me service. When I called back, the same woman lied and blamed Hotels.com, but my bank clearly shows “Extended Stay #8035 Shreveport, LA.” Only after speaking with the manager did I get confirmation of a refund. This property is unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory. Canceling on a grieving family, refusing to give a name, lying about charges, and then taking payment anyway is shameful. I will never stay at Extended Stay America again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this location at all costs.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT..Room broken microwave door hanging on, rusted fridge, broken springs on bed. Cabinet drawer broken, doors sealed shut, POT smell everywhere!! Doors all proped open nothing protected to your room.

The front desk staff was professional with check-in they accommodated us the best they could with what they had to work with. The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.
