Amazing, clean place to stay at

This hotel was a great place to stay at. We are normally very sensitive and picky with the cleanliness and this hotel did not disappoint. The location was great with amazing views, receptionists were friendly, breakfast was good and parking was convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a free shuttle stop right outside the hotel that takes you to and from the Zion national park. If you want, you could even walk there in under 40 minutes. All in all, nothing to complain about and if I return to Springdale again, this is the place I would be staying at again.

Property and room was decent. Service was good but we were not impressed sadly. Our room key had issues, we did not ask for room service yet someone came into our room while we were not in and on top of that they only made one of the two beds, took our towels but did not replenish the few they took, when we asked front desk for more towels since we were only given 2 for four guests they said they didn’t have any they could give us for our room. When we went upstairs to our room we saw someone from housekeeping had entered which we were not happy with we also told front desk they took our towels. Front desk apologized and said that we were put on list by mistake and they would bring us up towels ( which supposedly they didn’t have ) the front desk girl brought up our towels

Almost a perfect stay.

I told my husband this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. (And I have traveled more than many people out there.) The facility was clean, friendly, and had lots of relaxing things to do right at the hotel. (like pool tables and a lounging area for games or conversation.) The breakfast was good with a good variety of options. The rooms were spacious. The gym was clean and had a wide selection of equipment to use. And the staff was super friendly. The only down side was the bed was not my favorite. After a few long hikes in zion that wrecked my legs, I didnt want to wake up with a sore neck as well. If the bed was a better fit, i would have given 5 stars across the board.

Magnifique hôtel, situation exceptionnelle dans un cadre magique. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et moderne. Je recommande vivement. Accueil à revoir mais cela n'a gâcher en rien notre séjour.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable , propre…. Petit déjeuner continentale parfait Piscine très très grande et vue magnifique !!! Pour aller au parc système de navette jusqu’au Visitor center puis navette pour vous emmener au début de chaque randonnée.
