Cher pour la prestation....
Hôtel Etape pour nous. Nous avons dû modifier le séjour pour le réduire à une nuit. Heureusement le service client de "hôtels.com" a géré car impossible de me faire l'application malgré le fait nous étions dans les temps pour le faire gratuitement. Une fois sur place le réceptionniste laissait insinuer que ce serions de toutes façons facturés de la totale de la première réservation.... là encore, le sav "hotel.com" a su géré et a procédé au remboursement. Merci à eux. Sinon mes chambres étaient très basiques pas très grandes pour 4 et nous ne disposions de serviettes que pour 2 personne....la propreté était également limite... Hôtel ayant le moins bon rapport qualité prix de notre séjour. Nous ne le recommande pas.

Cute renovated motel
We had a quick overnight stay. Easy to find. On main road, so easy to get places. Cute, renovated motel. Easy Check in. Small pool area near road. We asked for ground floor room as there were many stairs to get to the 2nd level. Room and bathroom were clean. 2 double beds. Clean & comfy. NO road noise. Brand new bathroom vanity. New flooring. Small refrigerator with small freezer. Small microwave. Lots of cupboards, but NOTHING in them. No dishes, mugs, or silverware. So bring your own!!! Clean, inexpensive accomodations with refund policy for short stays.

Overpriced and poorly maintained
The room had an awful odor that smelled liked mildew and ammonia with a tinge of feces. The sheer strength of the odor made it impossible to get used to. I kept all of my belongings zipped up in my suitcase to protect them, and had difficulty sleeping. Also, the toilet seal had a leak, causing the toilet to flush itself every 45 minutes or so, which was plainly audible even with the bathroom door shut. Adding to the noise, the mini-fridge sounded like it was grinding rocks when the compressor came on. It did look as though the room was well cleaned, so I guessed that the bad smell was in the walls, floors, and a very poorly maintained air conditioner. The reviews I had read applauded amenities like utensils and dishes to use with the microwave oven and fridge. None of those were in this room - it did have coffee supplies, 2 styrofoam cups and 2 thin plastic cups. It had a bar of soap and a little tube of shampoo at the sink. There was nothing in the shower and no facial tissue. I was there on business and had to leave early and return at 9 PM, when I went to the front office to ask if I could change rooms. The office door was locked and there was no one there. The bad smell and poor maintenance are inexcusable at any price. The bare-bones provisions would be OK if this room was inexpensive, but at over $200 per night with taxes, it was not.

Not a Hilton, but didn’t expect it to be one. Owners were very helpful as our flight came in late. Very accommodating. Our room wasn’t clean, bathroom toilet had hairs on it and kitchen wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t have towels either. But overall it was good for our stay.

Neighborhood very lower class. No elevator. Pool looked like not operating for years. Residents scoping car. Saw drug deal when entering parking lot. Door lock barley working . we left after two hours not offered refund or reduced rate

Le monsieur a l’accueil bien gentil, mais le problème est la chambre qui a besoin de rénovation. La salle de bain très rudimentaire et il y avait une coquerelle. Cette chambre est correct pour un passage rapide d’une nuit, mais pas plus.
