We enjoyed the layout of our room, which was spacious and offered a comfortable king-sized bed. The included breakfast each morning was quite good, and we appreciated that a free coffee service was available even before the official start of breakfast. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink in our room did not drain well, and the lamp on my side of the bed was not working. In my view such things should be tested each time a room is prepared for new guests. The Direct TV service had problems during at least half of our 2-night stay, dropping signal repeatedly. The hotel has potential, but these issues kept our enjoyment to a modest one.

We had a great time. Unfortunately the 1st night there was a disturbance that kept us up half the night. The police had to be called to take care of some people screaming. However the second night was nice and quiet. The convience of the shuttle is a plus when going back and forth to the casino.

This Hotel is our go to location in rhe Santa Rosa area. We get here about 20 nights per year and it is always outstanding. We love the polite and friendly staff and the extra unique services such as the evening social. Breakfast is also reliable and excellent. We stay at other Oxford Suites around California with similar results but this one is the best. The current business model works well and we hope it never changes.

I booked this place specifically for the hot tub. It was ice cold. I was told “sometimes the weather affects the temperature of the water” what in the actual fantasy world does that even mean? Later on I was told it was broken. The pool was tepid at best. The pet area seemed to be an afterthought added onto the rear of the building. The carpet in the room was filthy. The very worst part of my 3 night stay wasn’t the indifferent/ dismissive attitude from staff, or the platitudes/ placating. It was the “Oxford Social”. I thought it was in a different area. Zero staff was in the bistro for several minutes while I waited. I was directed to the foyer, where the bartender refused to make me a Shirley temple. I asked him to repeat himself. I heard correctly. I just asked for a can of soda instead. They served a “savory snack” which was potato soup. I’m pescatarian & make it known to servers when I eat out. I asked if there was bacon in it. I was assured by the server there was none. I iterated, “There is no beef, chicken or pork, right?” And was reassured again. Another staff member dressed in uniform came up to the service window and chimed in there was no meat in the soup as he apparently had been listening. I felt confident and accepted a bowl. A bite or two in, I turned to my daughter and mused it tasted of mushroom… another bite and I had pork in my mouth. I’m not Muslim religion, however my diet shouldn’t be any less important in observance of my spirituality.
Filthy carpet throughout.
Would’ve been nice if the bartender actually did his job.
Worthless tickets, as good as the paper their written on.

Very nice hotel. They have a courtesy van that dropped us off & picked us up from the casino down the street. Only negative was the sofa showed wear & tear. The vinyl/leather on the arm was torn off. The carpet had some wear but not too bad. The bathrooms were excellent with a separate area for the toilet.
