嘈吵的低級酒店
1）房間很吵，隔音差，酒店大門開閉會產生氣流令房門好像被撞擊一般，無法安睡，又未能轉房，四晚難睡… (2) 電梯不停酒店一樓樓層，大行李或行動不便者三思。酒店還有四樓，較僻静沒有職員長駐，但電梯可達，問題是職員會否安排該房給你 （3）三人入住，只提供兩隻紙杯，一個膠囊咖啡，第二天便連一個也沒有，連續反映後得出的答案是：無貨 （4）清潔後沒有關窗，回房後沒發覺，房間在二樓，還幸沒有損失 （5） 沒有熱水壺、冰箱，水要自己買 總括而言，是管理着的酒店，附近價錢相若的酒店有很多，不必辛苦自己

Engañoso, no es el hotel de las fotos
La estancia fue buena, pero no fue por lo que pagamos. Un par de días antes, el personal del hotel, me mandó mensaje para avisarme que el check in era en otro hotel como a 5 cuadras del lugar, lo cual es difícil cuando llevas varias maletas. Al llegar al hotel que se encontraba en el primer piso, no tenía elevador y nos tocó subir las maletas por las escaleras. No había recepción y las fotos que se muestran en la página de hoteles.com no corresponden. Está bien ubicado, pero no es lo que se promete y sin duda, por ese precio habríamos encontrado algo mejor.

This place should not be considered a Hotel it is more like a hostel. No staff on site, you must check I'm at a separate hotel 10 minutes down the road. Room walls were made out of paper, you could hear everything literally everything your neighbours were up to from going to the bathroom to joining in with their conversation. If you don't like sleep this is the place for you as the windows are also as thin as the walls you hear the busy traffic all night. Avoid.

As others have mentioned check in is at another location. Be sure to message them in advance, as I did, to minimize confusion. That said the room was excellent and a good value ... there is daily maid service if desired but otherwise it's nice and quiet, no one to bother you but no other services either. Sort of a hotel/Airbnb mashup. Location is outstanding along Via Nazionale with subway a block away and a plethora of bus lines out front. Was perfect for me ...

Having read some of the previous reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff at the check in hotel, and even more surprised by the hotel Regina Giovanna. It was very easy to find, on the first floor of a lovely Italian apartment block. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great location, near to shops, restaurants, and the station. Would certainly stay again.

Before you read any further this is not a hotel with facilities. It’s a room in a block. If you’re looking for room service, ironing etc - not for you. If you’re looking for convenient, comfortable within walking distance of everything with great places to eat, drink and shop on your doorstep it’s great. Could do with supplying glasses for water but otherwise not much to fault - we would stay there again

We didn't actually stay in Hotel Regina as the room had not been made ready. However, the Golen Tulip Hotel, where we had to check in, as an apology arranged to provide us with a beautiful room with them and eventually collected us and our cases and here we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. There was an unfortunate disturbance on the first morning, as refurbishing work was carried out which woke us and continued to do so for over an hour. It was sorted and we would certainly book the Golden Tulip in the future.

De skriver hotel. Men det er en lejlighed. Ankom ingen reception, ingen elevator så bar kufferter op på første, i en totalt nedslidt opgang , hvor der så ingen reaktion på dørklokken er, kan jeg så læse på et lille skilt at jeg kan hente nøglen på et hotel som ligger en lille km væk Hotel Golden Tulip, så ned med alle kufferter og stavre igennem Rom med mine forældre der ikke går super godt, for man skal alle tjekke ind med sit pas på Hotel G Tulip. Så burde nok bare have fundet et andet hotel, men det er først bagefter man tænker på det. Så fin lejlighed bare alt for dyr i forhold til AIB

Do not let this advertisement fool you. They do not have a reception at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and learnt that the elevator doesn’t work to the hotels floor so had to carry our heavy suitcases all the way up the stairs. Then we got to the hotels door only to learn that they have no reception, so we had to carry our suitcases all the way back down again and walk 10 minutes to the partner hotel where we had to check in and go to whenever we had issues at this hotel. Which we did unfortunately. The toilet was continuously running all night long and when we requested someone come out (via their WhatsApp which they said you can use to contact) nobody came out to look into the issue during our stay. Also the air con was very weak which wasn’t great when the temperature was at 35 degrees C. Only saving grace was the location of the property and it’s convenient links so the public bus routes and tourist attractions. But I wouldn’t stay here again due to the fact that it’s advertising incorrect information and lack of

Please read before you book!!DO NOT BOOK HERE
First the bad: you have to firsr find the Golden Tulip hotel to check un which is about 1/2 mile away ( if you like paying extra for taxi, do that)you are not informed of this until AFTER you book the room.2nd-you have to find this hotel inside another hotel and find that carry your luggage up 3 sets of stairs because the elevator does not stop on floor 1 ( goes from 0 to 2). No air conditioning! No reception area as shown in pictures. You need a code to get in and then carry a large room key with you.The only communication is through Whats App and they do not respond. We booked a 2-day stay before our cruise and 2day after our cruise. We tried to cancel the 2 day stay that was after and they refused to refund our money so we had to stay there again:(

Fahrstuhl leider ohne Funktion... Klimaanlage für alle Zimmer auf gleicher Temperatur ( viel zu warm, nicht regulierbar). Badezimmertüre Griff defekt, darum nicht richtig zu schließen... Fernseher vorhanden, aber die Boxen am Fernseher sehr schlecht (scheppern).. Aber im Großen und Ganzen, wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und Duschen braucht, ist es absolut in Ordnung in dieser echt fünstigen Preisklasse... Empfehlenswert!!
