Recently Poa has made some good improvements, especially in the restaurant. I visited other restaurants in Eldoret but the quality of the food is excellent. Poa deserves to have more visitors because it’s a perfect place to stay. The cottages are good and stylish, the staff is friendly and the whole place is nice and quiet

Bed and breakfast- great! Other food- awful

The place itself is really nice, and breakfast at the Rock Bay restaurant is really great. Having a place for the kids to play was awesome, and not having to leave the hotel for activities for everyone was really great. My biggest problem was really with how terrible the other meals were that we had while there. Lunch and dinner were truly awful, and room service took two hours to arrive.

Poa place is an amazing place to stay ,i had to stay several weeks and i really enjoyed it ,very spacious bungalows with a beautiful private garden..All staff also very nice! Should improve the breakfast and heating inside rhe bungalow. Definitely will go back

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the complimentary breakfast is not good or not the restaurant. There are plenty other places to eat. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Eldoret.

Ok hotel for low budget but could be better

Poorly maintained...no help with lugguage and pavement has broken stones so it's difficult to rolll lugguage, towels are not well washed and some are torn and look like floor rugs, showers did not have water on first day but later had little hot water. Meals are poorly prepared but staff are nice.

48hrs at Poa place, from the airport Eldoret, Iten

The place is quiet and serene. We checked in but our room was not ready so they gave us a place to wait. The place is well designed and it's close to town and not far from the airport. The food is absolutely sumptuous. The only improvements they could make are the shower that doesn't give enough hot water and the mattress is a bit firm.
