Very nice hotel. It’s a Fairfield Inn, so you get the usual fare for breakfast/coffee with your stay. Valet parking needs help! For a $45 valet, this was the most unorganized and stressful part of our stay. Other than that, I’d recommend.

not a good stay
this was not a good vacation. when we checked in the rooms we reserved over 2 months ago was not available. we had to get 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. also i reserved 2 rooms and we got there at 6pm and 1 of the rooms wasn't ready yet so had to wait for that. even thou check in was 4pm. the Valet was not good at all, when ever we needed our car, it took almost 20 mins to get. when i did get my car, the valet driver gave me my keys and just sat in the car. they was looking at me like i was in the wrong. i will say the front desk was friendly but makes no sense if you do a reservation you don't get what you asked for. also the TV in the room didn't work so had to use IPAD to watch tv. also be aware the hotel is next to a bus station so you have random people walking by. the day we came in, there was a lady walking up and down the ally where the valet was screaming. either she had a mental condition or was on something but the people i was with was pretty freaked out. the valet people aren't always there so something could of happened.

Good Hotel—Inefficient Valet Service
Convenient location to many wonderful restaurants and SCAD (for moving daughter into her dorm). Room was clean and comfortable with nice beds. The hair conditioner bottle was completely empty and of course I didn’t know until I’m in the shower. This was very disappointing. There was no USB port in the room which was inconvenient while trying to charge multiple phones. The biggest complaint is regarding the valet system which I believe is separate from the hotel but not sure. The valet staff were friendly but completely disorganized, incredibly slow, and inefficient. I watched them struggle multiple times to find the right keys for almost everyone who approached them, including myself. Many times it seemed like they had lost keys or couldn’t find people in the system. This caused a great deal of stress and frustration for people, including myself. The valet service seemed to be way understaffed. This needs to be addressed because the hotel is better than the valet service and I would possibly not stay here again just because of the valet system which is way overpriced as well. I would have been much better off to park in garage across the street. On the other hand, they did accommodate multiple parents’ requests to leave student cars until Saturday morning without extra charges which was nice and appreciated. Overall, it was good stay and if they fixed the valet service I would probably stay again because of the great location.

Excellent accommodations with a pleasant and professional staff. I know parking is always an issue, and valet is necessary and expensive downtown, but the service was prompt and efficient and conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. Only issue was much evidence of homeless trash our around our car and others in the garage. Temperature control was a challenge in the room as it was freezing when we got there with an erroneous indication of 81 degrees…apparently work in progress. Complimentary Breakfast was awesome.
