Quick get away..

It was a decent hotel for the price point. It has an indoor pool and a great location. However, the lady at the check-in table wasn't my favorite. Very frank.. No rapport. The carpet's condition raised some concerns with people in my party. They also ran out of syrup, which made waffles challenging. You get what you pay for.. And given the price point, none of these items are deal killers.. While it wasn't an incredible experience.. I could see us using this hotel again.

Great stay!

Checked in for a soccer tournament. Extremely friendly, great customer service. Room was clean and hotel smelled clean. Nothing bad to say at all! Definitely would stay here again. We had to check out early for a game so didn’t get to eat breakfast. Would suggest breakfast start at 630 instead of 7. That’s the only thing I can say.

Emotion&stress,PTSD,family,4mo great grand put out

Everything was good when I checked in until the next day. I have a service dog which I mentioned the first day I checked in. And signed a paper and have paperwork myself.. the next day I was feeding my dog and walking him and the housekeeper people which the housekeeping guy told her as she told me I had to check out and me and my family was from out of town. She did it in a very nasty ways, that I didn’t get to show her my paperwork, his paperwork. The people at the front desk was nice and respectful the housekeeper on that first shift I guess there was her family and kids.She had working there and the kids look under age. if she’s the supervisor, she’s a very nasty person and disrespect. how will you be calling owners and anybody else that I need to talk to? I went to another place and they treated me with respect and accept my dog.

Overrated hotel....disappointed

I checked in late at night and was ready to rest in my room. I set my ipad and phone on the bedside table to discover later that their was an oily substance on the table. There were stains on the carpet and the covering on the table was peeling off. When we went to the pool the next morning, the exterior door was propped open allowing insects into the building.

Not the best customer service.

Front desk person was not helpful. Air conditioner was loud due to a stick stuck in the blade alnight. No urgency to fix anything. On the plus side the eggs were real at breakfast.

Its was quite, cleannroomnwith plenty of rags andbtowels. Checking andnout was easy. Breakfast was good. Had to ask for extra blankets for dad dad who has cancer and representative not only said yes of course but diid it with a smile. She also kep my son in cookies which he loved.

Wonderful, restful stay

The check in was so easy and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable (although I prefer a harder mattress) and everything was clean and easily accessible. We're sad that we couldn't stay and enjoy the pool or fitness center, but we did get a delicious breakfast!

I was traveling for a tournament so we were exhausted and came in late. The hotel checkin was fantastic. The sweetest lady you've ever met. One the way to the rooms we smelled weed. Inside the room, it was humid and smelled musty. I showered hoping I can just sleep it off and the soap was disintegrating int he packet. The water would not drain. I noticed how dirty the bathroom was. I checked the photos that I booked and it looks nothing like where I was sitting. It was then I decided to leave and go to another hotel. Because I did not follow their protocol on addressing the issues, even though Expedia called on my behalf, I am being refused a refund. Please read most recent reviews. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must. I absolutely knew this was not a safe, clean environment for my son and I to be in for the next two nights. This hotel is individually owned so there is no way to receive a refund unless the manager approves. The hotel owner lives in the hotel and there is no way to get ahold of him for issues. We are currently in talks with Choice Hotels who have reached out to this manager multiple times without a response. The manager claims she has not heard anything and I'm lying. This is an absolute mess and should not be 8/10 on Expedia. All Expedia offered was $30 for me to book another hotel. They did not help me or assist in any way.

Do not stay here!

Room was in disgusting poor condition. Particularly the bathroom-no vent fan, door would not even shut due to warping. It would not close by a bout 18 inches. Exposed plumbing pipes & holes. Areas of peeling paint...and more.
