Unfortunately didn’t spend much time at the park during our stay apart from sleeping but on the afternoon we were at the park the pool was closed, needing fixing. Walking distance to shops was great. Great area to spend with kids when pool was working .

This place is a caravan park, it is far from the Big4 reputation we have learnt to love and stay at previously. I am sure the managers are lovely people but the place is NOT what the pictures made it out to be and to be honest I felt like we were in a trailer park in Ayres rock as the place is a red dirt pit. (The rain didn’t help). The water was shut off the morning we were leaving So we left half soapy 👍👍 The air conditioner sounded like a generator was idling in bed with us and the tin foil on the windows added that true”drug lab feel”. It was a bed and it did the job but I wouldn’t be putting in next years colander for a family vacation.

I had to travel to Toowoomba for an emergency and when I first booked, I accidentally chose the wrong dates due to being flustered. They fixed my dates for me straight away and were very understanding and helpful. The grounds and rooms were kept nice and clean.

Room would have been perfect for our one night stopover if it weren’t for the leak in the bottom of the toilet that filled the whole cabin with the smell of urine, the fan in the toilet/bathroom didn’t work and there was mould on the back of the bathroom door. Due to late check in and early check out we didn’t have a chance to speak to staff and swap rooms. Very disappointed with the cabin.

A curtain over the blind in the kitchen area would be good. A bigger microwave would be good. Even the plates supplied are too big for it, as is the splatter cover supplied. Water from the shower head spurts out in too many directions. Otherwise it was very good and clean.
