Very understaffed. Asked for room cleaning and they never came, then asked if we could at least get clean towels and toilet paper and they said we had to come get ourselves because no one else was working.

Not bad but pet fee is expensive!
Not a bad hotel but if you’re bringing a pet know you will pay an extra $150. We booked online and it did not state the fee for a pet but it was a pet friendly hotel. We have a 7lb dog and our total for the night was $310. Definitely way more than we were expecting. If I would have known in advance I would have looked into somewhere else.

WiFi login needs to be addressed. Had to go to the front desk to get access. Hotel is definitely ready for a remodel. It's starting to look run down. Also junked cars in the parking lot is not a good look.

Overcharged
The stay was fine other than continuous billing issues I thought were resolved. Its been 3 weeks and my card is once again being charged AGAIN. I paid already stop charging my card!

Disappointing
The room was bigger than expected which was nice. The Tv wasn’t working when we first got there but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The pool might as well not even have been in use because it was literally so cold my kids lips turned purple within 5 minutes and when I asked them if they could turn the heat up they said the heat temp was as high as they could legally have it which there’s no was that’s true. This was pretty annoying because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast accommodations which were both the worst parts of the hotel. I assumed it would be much better because in 2023 we had a house fire and had to stay at this same establishment for 4 months and it was so much better then. The bathroom and kitchen are really needs to be cleaned.. not just brushed over like it’s clearly done. Plus there was dog hair all over everything.

The hotel appears beautiful and upscale from the outside. The interior is a little worn and the handicap accessible room was partial accessible . Front desk very helpful when contacted. Breakfast was ok…nothing outstanding to highlight We were charged an extra night and were able to get the charge reversed by the following week.

Hotel room was nice overall although the bathtub could have been cleaner. Shower curtain liner was also a little dirty. Front desk girl (not sure of her name but she was a Latina girl with glasses) was very professional & a pleasure to deal with. Would go back here again.

This place is run down,dirty, noisy and falling apart. No insulation so heard our neighbors all night. Never had our room cleaned. Had to wear shoes as floors were filthy! Hair in the bathroom . For $400 per night stay anywhere else. Avoid this place.

Not worth it
The room was very dingy and smelled like must and smoke. The pull out couch had stains on it, so we did not use it. We only had a very short stay, it was already 1am. The toilet paper dispenser was broken and there were barely enough towels for one person. $300, I would have expected much more. It’s a very old and outdated room, it could at least be clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi was very weak. Tv remote barely worked. Tv was in a horrible spot to view from the couch. But it did have good water pressure and good hot water.

I’m not sure how this property can be a Marriott?! It was extremely filthy and the employees did not care one bit. Upon arrival for a 3-night stay, we found a dirty bathroom including a pile of hair in the vanity. We politely asked the front desk the next morning to please clean which they said they would do. When we got back that evening, it was clear they never even entered the room. Not only was the pile of hair still there but they had not given us clean towels. Our son was in a 2nd room and the nightstand drawer was full of used Kleenex - GROSS! We even discussed the issues with the manager over breakfast the next morning and while she apologized, no one ever cleaned our rooms. We had to ask for clean towels every day. Entire hotel is tired and dirty. We would have better off staying at a Motel6 than spending the money for this Marriott.
