Personalet der kunne snakke engelsk var rigtig søde og meget behjælpelige (mindre muskuløs mand var særligt meget sød og problemløsende), fedt med en tennisbane, dog nogle mega dårlige hovedpuder, vi havde virkelig ondt i skuldrene hele ugen.. Desværre. Værelserne er også meget lydte, vi kunne høre hver gang en dør lukkede (smækkede) og var også meget uheldige en af nætterne, at høre et par der kun skulle bo der en nat, snakke meget højt, se tv og have sex 3 gange på en nat.. meget trættende….

This hotel is advertised as four stars, but unfortunately my experience was far from that standard. Future guests should be aware of several issues before booking. Cleanliness was a recurring concern — I found hair on the towels, mold in the bathroom, and dirty communal areas. The shower drain in my room was clogged and remained so even after I reported it. The bed had no proper frame, squeaked and shifted constantly, and the fridge provided neither cooling nor complimentary water. There was also no kettle available, which made even a simple cup of tea impossible. Service was equally disappointing. The reception staff were curt and unhelpful, pointing vaguely in the direction of rooms instead of guiding guests — which can mean wandering through multiple floors or blocks with luggage. Requests for assistance were met with indifference. Breakfast options were extremely limited, not what you would expect from a four-star property. Despite being marketed as non-smoking, the balcony doors are not airtight, so smoke from neighboring rooms easily drifts in. Overall, while the hotel may look appealing on the surface, the reality is poor maintenance, subpar service, and a lack of basic amenities. I would advise future guests to manage expectations or consider alternative accommodation if they are seeking a true four-star experience.

Poor experience

To start, we were greeted by Flavia, she was fantastic and I old us about the best places to eat nearby and so on. We stayed for 3 nights. A common theme for this hotel is everything is behind a paywall. For instance, if you want to use the sauna or Jacuzzi i think it’s €7 per hour. The pool closes at 6 pm which I found to be way too early (sunset is at 8:30). One of the worst experiences was talking to a member of the customer service, I believe his name was Fabio. Fabio was very rude and almost yelled at us when we asked them to use the sauna after 6. I have never felt more uncomfortable or upset while staying at a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars. Also the towels are also to be rented fyi. In terms of condition, the hotel is very very old. You could tell from the room.

Jeg boede i en af familie værelserne, på den ‘hvide’ del, der var meget lydt, man kunne høre alt ude på gangen. Billederne på hotellet er meget flottere end i virkeligheden. Det ligner det er 2 hoteller som er ‘fusioneret’? Der blev gjort rent hverdag og der var lækker stor morgenmads buffet.

Séjour agréable

Hôtel sympathique, belle chambre, buffet petit déjeuner et diner plutôt de qualité avec de la variation des menus. Personnel souriant et agréable. 2 piscines à l'extérieur, proche du centre et de la mer. Un peu plus de jeunes allemands et donc de bruit les derniers jours.

+ tolles Frühstücksangebot (bis 10Uhr) + top Empfangsbereich, Bar etc. + toller Pool, supersauber + Liegen kriegt man auch noch später - Speisesaal laut hektisch, kaum Besteck - jeden Abend Baustelle am Pool - keine gute Zimmerreinigung - superlaute Klimaanlage im Zimmer - alles krass hellhörig

Das Hotel ist sehr groß mit 700 Gästen. Das merkt man aber nur im Speisesaal und anhand der belegten Liegen am Pool, diese sind für die hohe Anzahl an Gästen leider zu wenig. Es gibt zwei Pools, die sehr schön, sauber und erfrischend sind. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotel ist ruhig und man schaut direkt auf begrünte Hügel. Paguera ist leider an sich kein schöner Ort - sehr touristisch mit vielen Ramsch Läden. An dem Ort sind unfassbar viele Deutsche. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Hotelzimmer modern. Hier hat die Klimaanlage leider nicht sehr gut funktioniert, sodass wir nachts lieber die Balkontür auf gelassen haben. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich (Buffet) und man hat auch zum Ende der Öffnungszeiten des Buffets noch von allen Gerichten genug bekommen. Die meisten Servicekräfte dort sind recht gestresst, was bei der hohen Gästeanzahl im Speisesaal aber verständlich ist.

Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer in Block 3. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig – Bettwäsche und Kissen wiesen Flecken auf. Zudem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, was die Erholung beeinträchtigt hat. Das Frühstück war vielfältig: süße und herzhafte Gebäcke, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, wechselnde Specials (z. B. Donuts), sowie gute Auswahl an Marmeladen, Käse, Wurst, Müsli, Honig und frischem Obst. Die Qualität war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber leider waren alle Gläser, Tassen, Teller und Bestecke nicht sauber, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Das WLAN funktionierte in unserem Zimmer gar nicht. Beim Check-out haben wir sämtliche Kritikpunkte angesprochen – leider kam darauf keine nennenswerte Reaktion. Positiv ist die Lage: direkt am Boulevard und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Parkplatzsituation in Paguera ist schwierig. Das Hotel bietet eigene Parkplätze, allerdings für 22 € pro Tag – das finden wir zu teuer. Fazit: Gutes Frühstück und tolle Lage, aber Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Service und Ausstattung.

The air conditioning in the room was great and the view too. The breakfast was a good addition and everything was available. Yes, I could go again. The swimming pool was also nice. The hotel area was also clean and the cleaning was done every day. The beach was within walking distance and you could also take the bus to Palma.
