I'm not sure which is better, the location or the tireless friendly staff. And they even put the address in the name, so you never forget where it is, on the way home after a drink at 1 of the dozens of places to go surrounding you. Not a single bed bug in all the months staying here, well maybe 1, but it was crawling across the road at the conveniently located Chinatown Light Rail Stop, probably utterly defeated by G St. Hotel's might of super cleanliness. Forget the "S", this place is more of a hotel than a hostel, even though there are dorm rooms probably available.

Great location - older building and bathrooms are tired. But overall a great property

Good weekend stay. Only downside appeared bagged rubbish in hallway near rooms and at one stage closest bathroom ran out of toilet paper

Noticed a few roaches crawling around in the bathroom and in our room. No curtain to block off the shower or shelf in the bathroom.

Basic and comforhostel in a great location in the CBD, comfortable bed

Had to leave after 2 hours. Blood on the walls, dust and dirt everywhere, no air circulation, the dirtiest showers, we all got rashes after lying on beds for 15 minutes, cleaners said the place hadnt been OHS checked ever. Cant believe this joint is open.
