Room is small, sink in the bathroom is clogged up, the showerhead is fixed so it’s hard to take a good shower. However, the location is convenient, service is good and the price is reasonable.

Mycket hjälpsam personal, bra rum för det priset och mycket trevlig stämning. Väldigt bra och väl fungerande kommunikationer på nära håll. Kanonfrukost!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful, we had everything we needed and convenient to walk to the ABBA Arena. Reception staff very friendly and helpful too.

Perfect short stay

Lovely find, would stay here again

Lovely find, would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and had made a big effort for the London Marathon people of which we were included as we watching our daughter run. Room had air con which was great as it was a hot day, the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super king and gave us a good nights sleep. There was minimal noise in the hotel so it must have good sound proofing. we stay a lot in London as both daughters live there and this by far the best in terms of comfort, aircon and overall value for money compared to others we have stayed in like Travel lodge. Only downside was that I thought our rate with Hotels.com included breakfast and we arrived to find it did not, but Westfield shopping centre was a five minutes walk so we went there for breakfast and evening meals.

Air conditioning

The air conditioning wasnt working i know another couples room wasnt either it was uncomfortable. We mentioned when we checked out but the answer was by body language he wasnt bothered.

Very good price/quality ratio

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Close to Stratford terminal, short 7-8 minute walk. Only small downside is the carpet in the room (like many other hotels). Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Lovely Hotel with helpful friendly staff

Room was at the front of the hotel so although a really comfortable bed and fantastic pillows there is some road noise... We couldn't work out how to get the light above the door to switch off without taking the card out the slot and this then turned the Aircon off ... We could have asked the staff, they were very helpful but it had been a long day..... Big plus easily walkable to ABBA venue and some lovely walks along the river round three mills... Would recommend this hotel but would suggest you ask for a room at the back if you like it quieter....
