Good follow through

The staff here are very nice and friendly. Ours was a 4 night stay. They faithfully cleaned the room each day. Our microwave didn’t work, but they repaired it by the next day. They allowed me to use the one in the hotel kitchen. It was very clean and nice. The shower had black mold on the some of the grout. They came in and treated it shortly after we reported it. The mold still showed though. The room was not cool enough, and they went immediately to fix the batteries that were dead. Then it got cool enough.
