Recomendo este hotel

Hotel novo com ambiente acolhedor. Localização entre o centro de Bento Gonçalves e as vinícolas. Staff do hotel muito atencioso e educado. Café da manhã maravilhoso, pelo preço que pagamos a estadia. Quartos limpos, com banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro quentinho.

Limpeza 0, Estrutura 9!!

Foi uma experiência... digamos... constrangedora!! Ao chegarmos de madrugada (dica: sempre leve uma toalha junto!!), não havia toalhas para banho, e o recepcionista disse que nada podia fazer!! Trocamos de quarto (de um sujo, com o vaso sanitário já cheio e entupido!!) para um outro mais ou menos limpo (sem fronhas... sem toalhas!!). No outro dia, pedimos para trocar, e nos deram (adivinhem? outro quarto sem toalhas, e sem travesseiros!!) Dos 03 dias hospedados, 02 tivemos que sempre reclamar com a recepção da falta de toalhas!! Só tivemos algum descanso com o mínimo de higiene no último dia!! Realmente, uma experiência inesquecível!!

Bom custo-benefício

Hotel bem simples mas com bom custo-benefício. Quarto pequeno. Cafe da manhã bom. Porém, um hotel no Vale dos Vinhedos não oferecer taças de vinho é, no mínimo, estranho!

Precisa melhorar.....

A cama é ótima. O chuveiro alterna quente e frio durante o banho, precisa regular melhor isso. Pessoal até atende bem, mas são mal orientados. Não me deram a nota fiscal na saída, mas me tranquilizaram que ela viria por email. Passados 3 dias sem retorno liguei pedindo a NF, e me encaminharam uma NF gerada depois do horário da minha ligação, com valor errado e endereço errado. Me fizeram perder tempo procurando novamente o hotel para acertar o erro. Me hospedei a trabalho, preciso da NF para ter o reembolso das despesas. Se vocês mandam o cliente embora sem NF e afirmam que a nota vai por email depois, ela tem que ir, certo? organizem isso, pois prejudica a imagem de vocês.....

Recepção com funcionários gentis e instalações do quarto muito boas; porem: serviço de limpeza insuficiente, sem cuidado e/ou não realizado (tipo "faz de conta"); café da manhã descuidado, preparo das frutas sem cuidado, presença de moscas, utensílios sujos/mal lavados, não reposição de itens mesmo dentro do horário estabelecido, vestimentas e calçados inapropriados para o local "cozinha/salão do café da manhã"; tem de validar as chaves do quarto todo vez que retorna da rua.
