No elevator with a bunch of stairs makes it difficult to manuever with lots of luggage.

A great property with a really good homely vibe and great pub downstairs. About 30 minute walk to Dublin central. Staff were very friendly

Nice friendly hosts but overpriced and dilapidated

Our hosts we friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no room for cases, i had to store mine at the end of the bed- lucky i am short! No vent in the bathroom. The shower didnt drain. The shower handle was broken. The place is poor value considering its 30 minute bus ride into Dublin.

Nice Boutique Hotel and the Staff was friendly and accommodative. You have to take a taxi to downtown from this hotel, We were able to get an early check in after our Red Eye so that was huge.;. Close to the Botanical Gardens which was a nice feature.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Stayed a few nights. A little away from the main downtown but that was ok with us as it was a quiet street. Had a problem with noise the last night but the hotel gave a full refund and helped in anyway they could. It is very clean and a nice hotel. The bar and restaurant had great food and service

Charming street, musty room

Good location, charming neighborhood, friendly welcome and pleasant bar area. Room was old and depressing and bathroom musty but ok for one night.

Clean and comfortable. A shower that would knock you over. Friendly staff. Good value.

Loved having a hotel on premises. Only problem was there was a party going in until 2 in the morning right underneath our bedroom so couldn’t sleep

Visiting from Canada

I booked my visit for my sisters stay from Canada and found the process to be extremely easy to do online . Upon my arrival in Ireland I then called and confirmed that a late arrival would not lose my booking and they were so helpful . They stay was very comfortable and clean with a delicious breakfast . I would highly recommend this place to family and friends . Excellent customer service , food and prices .

Dublin stay

The hotel is quaint and comfortable. It is like going to an old victorian home. We ate dinner there. It was good and the breakfast is good. They did have a loud band on the Saturday night we were there and we could hear it in our rooms until almost 1am. No elevator.
Linda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was in a nice part od town. The room was nice but needed a few updates. Sarah, one of the receptionists had a fake friendly demeanor. The other staff were pleasent.

Two star at best

A very old and tired hotel. Filthy carpet in the room, double bed against a dirty wall, bathroom smells of urine. The room is not large enough for two people and luggage
Lisa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean - room is much smaller than the photos suggest - neighbourhood is safe but a further distance from downtown (about 40 mins) than advertised
Grace, 2-night trip

We had a very nice stay although when we arrived we were told our reservation had been canceled because we had used our AMEX card to book it. This had never been communicated to us by Expedia and according to my app the reservation was still booked. The hotel was very kind although they had given away our rooms they did accomodate our party in a few single bed rooms and we had no complaints.
Elizabeth, 1-night trip

Heating had not come on in the bedroom in the morning by the time we left at 08.00

We can't say enough good things about the central Glasnevin location of the hotel - a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distances from great pubs, the Botanical Gardens and overall very central. That said, if you are in the middle of a long trip and have rather large suitcases with you -- stay away! There is no elevator, and the room was honestly the smallest we've ever stayed in (after living in NYC and visiting Paris frequently, this says a lot). A step in/step out shower that was terrifying. Employees were kind and attentive, but the accommodation itself just wasn't very updated.
