I have dtsyed at RIG properties before, including this location. This was the wordt hotel experience. Not only is there a huge construction project going on, my room had no towels and no toilet paper. Repeated requests finally solved the problem. The remote for the AC was missing and the room was cold at night but couldn't be turned off without the remote. I won't go back

The hole in the floor is where the toilet paper holder should be. Looks like it was intentionally removed.

We had an ocean view room during our stay which was amazing! The city was beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly and worked hard to ensure all our needs were met by truly going above and beyond to arrange transportation to the hotel! The room and bathroom were spotless. The only thing I wish they had were small washcloths for your face or body, but that may be an American culture thing. I know they have a few projects in progress for the rooftop lounge/bar area so once those are finished this hotel will be even more of a catch! Thank you to everyone who contributed to our stay! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to stay here 10/10!!

Good location. Multiple power outages. Lobby was undergoing construction. The breakfast was good but there were Cockroaches in the restaurant.

Ya es la segunda ves que nos hospedamos en este hotel, está muy bien ubicado, es tranquilo, el servicio de los muchachos del front desk es excelente! Hay que subir escaleras, normal como la mayoría de hospedajes en Santo Domingo. La piscina y el desayuno muy bueno. Vamos a reservar otra ves pronto!!

Me gustó que está cerca de la zona coloneal,tienen espacio para parquear en la calle lo sentí seguro, el que me atendió cuando llegué me dio información exacta consejos sobre seguridad me dio la confianza muy buena persona su nombre es Cristofher.Un par de cosas que vi se los deje saber directamente a ellos, pero es un lugar conveniente para pasar una a 2 noches es SENCILLO lleva agua porque no la ofrecen a diferencia de otros lugares. El acenso VIP no te lo dan.

The hotel is in zona colonial & is A very nice boutique hotel indeed close to all tourist attractions. The main issue was the wifi as it was completely disastrous given it was disconnecting constantly and for someone like my self who works remote , it was far from ideal. Also very strange that they had a good breakfast included but no water was provided free which needs to be rectified as it seemed very silly. If they rectify these issues mainly with internet and breakfast it can be quite a nice stay indeed . The staff were very friendly but couldn’t assist with the internet issues & u can explicit lot of traffic noise given it’s on a Main Street
