Treat all people equal
I don't like the way the staff treated me. I was staying in the Penthouse suite so I would think they would be more helpful and just because I don't look rich when I asked why my car hadn't been parked yet and was just sitting outside they acted like they didn't care and stopped me from going to my room after I had already checked in because they didn't think I looked like I belong there.

Overall, we loved our stay. The only issue I had was the walk in shower. The floor can get very slippery and almost had an accident slipping. It would be nice if they could do something to prevent an accident. Perhaps a non slip mat?

Gonzaga XC
Staying there on Labor Day Weekend was a mistake. With "Pig Out in The Park"& a "Jelly Roll" concert checking in was a nightmare. I showed my Handicapped Placard in hopes we could at least unload our luggage at the hotels entrance, but we were told we would need to "self park" in their cavernous parking garage. There was a noted lack of handicap parking stalls so my wife & I had to make two LONG trips to our room with our luggage.It became obvious that the facility was not Traveler friendly when we discovered the lack of a Microwave or Mini-fridge. Our room was terrific & I did appreciate being upgraded to a fully accessible bathroom , walk-in shower & all. We took advantage of the $20 credit & had a very nice breakfast.
