Very convenient to casino, but after we got home we were charged for the breakfast buffet, which we weren't told about being charged for upfeont, when we didn't even eat breakfast there! I have a call into the manager to get taken off..... That seems shady to do that!

I expected more from Hyatt
It was just ok. Though the housekeepers didn't really clean the room and only made one of the two beds.

Just okay
The stay was good, but we had 4 guests in a room which they were aware of ahead of time. I had requested a wheelchair accessible due to one guest being in a wheelchair. Our room had a tub/shower. We also had to go to the front desk to ask for additional linens to use on the sleeper sofa. We were also charged for breakfast that we weren’t expecting. The 2 guests in the other room I booked didn’t even eat breakfast and I was charged for their breakfast. They have no way of determining if guests eat breakfast or not. My son-in-law and daughter had another room and they were not charged for breakfast. We stayed here last year and our experience was much better then.

Process needs work.
It was clean and friendly. Well located too. However we checked in at 8:30 pm and the next day someone walked into our room. The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person.
It took a bit to sort out the mix up and we had pre-paid for the room so it wasn't about payment.
They need to fix their system because this wasn't a great feeling.

Great stay until the house keeper loudly knocked on door and tried to enter room before check out time. She then could not understand why she wasn’t allowed in room to clean and that we were not checking out until it was time to go. This was about an hour before check out time
