Night arrivals, carry your own bags
Centrally located, comfortable and clean. You should know there is no elevator, so if you arrive at night no one is there to help you take your suitcase upstairs. We were OK with that, we just took 2 trips, but if you are traveling alone, or unable to carry luggage up at least 2 flights, this could be really tough. During the day there is someone there that can assist you. We loved our stay, staff. Was great, room was super clean. Only concern were the stairs, but we navigated it ok

Lo unico que no me agrado es que en la pagina decia que contaba con estacionamiento pero tu debes llevarlo y ademas es de cobro, realmente no cuenta con estacionamiento ni propio ni asociado. Eso podria mejorar muchisimo con un valet

ハカランダの大木が出迎えてくれます
ホテルのパティオにハカランダの大木があり、花盛りの頃もう一度来たいと思いました。飾ってある調度品も興味深く､古き良きメキシコの薫りに浸れます。当然エレベーターなど無く足の悪い方には大変です。お客さんの少い時期に施設整備をするのか朝から工事の音がうるさいですが、お部屋も広くホテル内のレストランは少食の日本人が一皿を分け合いたいと頼むと半分ずつを美しく盛り付けてくれてとても嬉しかった。タスコに花の頃是非又来たいともいました。

El edificio tiene 400 años, es verdaderamente una joya de la historia. La atención es excelente y la infraestructura podría estar mejor pero es muy cálida y pintoresca. Volvería sin duda.

La hacienda está bonita, pero le hace falta mantenimiento, el servicio bien a secas , la comida bastante regular . Hubo un detalle en el cual por ser el día de el cumpleañero regalan la comida a ellos y no lo quisieron aplicar . La alberca también le hace falta mantenimiento

Beautiful historic property with wonderful staff and great terrace views. One of their employees, Victor, went above and beyond to help with a very special birthday surprise my girlfriend was planning for me. Amazing guy. Stayed in the suite and it was spacious with a comfy king bed. The only cons were that the hot water took around 10 minutes to start working and the water pressure was quite week and the fact that there is no A/C in the rooms - Taxco is humid and hot and for this reason I would not stay again at this hotel. If that is something that you don’t mind, this place is a great place to stay.
