We had a great stay. The food was very good as compared to other all inclusives in Cozumel. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The mattress was comfortable which is hard to find. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is that the floors needed to be cleaned around the pool and general grounds.

Major Disappointment
The room was very dirty and run down. Shocking for a Wyndham property. The entire property is dated and tired. I booked based off the last 10 reviews which were all 10/10. I can only assume those were purchased reviews? There’s no possible way someone would rate is 10/10. The food was bland. On the positive side the staff was wonderful, attentive and kind. I came to check out property for future vacations and possible business meeting. So disappointed.

Short visit
I don't usually do all inclusives but I was there to hang out with some of my friends for a few days and it was amazing the staff was very attentive. The pool was comfortable always seem to be enough chairs. Food was good, the fire show was amazing. It's going to Cozumel again I would definitely consider staying there

Little Gem close to San Miguel
This resort is close to town so nice to be able to walk to San Miguel de Cozumel. Smaller property with a great pool. Beach side across the street is lovely. Everyone on the staff was great, shout out to the activities crew, Juanita, Jesus, and Diego. Thank you Cynthia in the dining area for letting me practice my Spanish.

Oh my god where do I begin, whatever photos you’re looking at that aren’t verified are lies, I was booked for 3 days and left after approximately 12 hours, it was disgustingly gross!!!!!!!, you have about 7 total things to choose from in total at the buffet and then it was poor, the liquor is beyond bottom shelf, the staff was rude and totally uncaring, it was run down, unkempt and in unhealthy conditions, they absolutely refused to refund my money, I left Cozumel and went back to Cancun and stayed out my last 2 days, this was a 40th birthday celebration for my wife

We've stayed at Cozumel Hotel and Resort multiple times and it just keeps getting better every time. The rooms really need updated though, take out those horrible tubs before someone gets hurt. Walk in shower would be way better. I like the added bar by the ocean and beach service. I like how they utilize the ocean view restaurant more as well. The only thing missing is a good coffee/late stand. The coffee pot, sugar and creamer packets are okay, but a fresh made cup of coffee would be great. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. All the shade, both by the pool and on the beach is fantastic. No 'saving' shade seats needed, plenty of them all day. The entertainment staff, *Diego*, was fantastic. Loved his water aerobics and volleyball. *Diego* was so much fun. *Keira* was spectacular as usual. Her high energy and smile is always great.

There were daily activities but it wasnt always clear on the time & place of the activity. Food was acceptable to good, depending on what was being served on the buffet. Staff was very friendly - especially Suny (activities staff) and Kiera (outside wait staff).

Room is reasonable and beds comfortable. Several drinking water dispensers available in the halls. Food is fine. Had a few items I really liked. Drinks are good. They even have a little bar close to the oceanside seating areas. Dive boat pickup is convenient and the lockers at the dock keep from having to carry gear back to the room. Provided entertainment most nights. Can walk to town.
