This is our place to stay for 1-2 nights every time we pass thru Guadalajara. I love the cleanliness of the hotel, free garage parking and complimentary breakfast.

My partner and I were so happy to find this place available last minute. We wanted to find a great spot in Zapopan that would be close to my family. It is located right by the Basilica where there are a lot of great dining and shopping options. The room itself is big and has a beautiful, comfortable, clean and King sized bed. The decor was clean and modern. My partner raved about the great water pressure and hot water in the shower which also had a skylight. On top of all the great features already mentioned this place includes free breakfast. The hotel restaurant is a piano bar so we got to enjoy some live music while eating every day. I travel frequently to Mexico and usually stay with family but I will definitely make it a point to stay here and get some quiet time.

An athletic club occupies the ground floor of this hotel, and if you have the misfortune to be assigned a room on the floor directly above you'll be treated to the sound of free weights dropped to the floor and echoing through the concrete from first thing in the AM until well into the evening. The walls and doors of the guest rooms are paper thin, and children running up and down the halls and continuously slammed doors for much of the visit further added to the noise. The "patio" was the size of a postage stamp and faced a wall in need of patching and paint. The double room had towels for only one guest. The dining room seats around 75 persons, and in the absence of a buffet both the kitchen and waitstaff were unable to keep up with breakfast orders; many guests' orders arrived at the table only after long delay, by which time any hot meals had gone cold.

The only complaint is the terrible bedding!! The bedspread is plastic. Sheets are cheap. Besides this its fine but this is uncomfortable . Nice breakfast. Daniel is attentive waiter

It was an overall good experience

My mother found this hotel a while back and we have been staying here ever since... I love the comfortable bed and the service is really good! The breakfast at the restaurant is ok but they have the nicest waiter ever!!! Thats why we keep going there for breakfast. Overall good area, its a little far from where my family lives (40mins) but its worth staying there for the comfort...

We stayed here because we came into Zapopan and Guadalajara for a wedding at the Basilica. It's just about a block and half away (3 minute walk) and it worked out great because our time was close. The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. The quality of the hotel is average, really nothing fancy. It has a good working AC, and the basics that you need. The neighborhood is also very tranquil and easily found by taxis and Ubers. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. You get a generous breakfast portion from the attached restaurant and can add on for very cheap. It was delicious. They have a required deposit for the TV remote in case you're interested in that. We never planned on watching any, so it wasn't something we got.
