We had a really lovely stay.
The welcome on arrival was really nice and swift, we headed up to our room after checking in the car and putting it on charge.
The rapid chargers were exactly that.
Or room was clean, with fresh linen and towels.
The coffee was lovely and the midnight complimentary snacks were definitely enjoyed.
The check out was quick and easy.
The only let down was breakfast. We arrived an hour before breakfast finished. There were very little in the way of options due to there being no bacon, fried eggs and hash browns. The sausages were only cooked on one side. The scrambled eggs were dry and hard.
The tomatoes had beans in them and I'm allergic.
After 10-15 minutes someone brought some bits out. There were no croissants left or other pastries. I ended up having a bowl of cornflakes to gain some nourishment before our journey home.
The bacon and sausages were tasteless. The fried eggs were snotty.
It was just disappointing.
I would suggest larger juice jugs. As they were empty after 4 people filled small glasses.
It was just disappointing and as the last impression, left a lasting impression.
Thank you to all the staff though, who were all really friendly.
