Metilda was excellent. She was helpful with carrying luggage to room or anything we needed. She is really nice and helpful person. We very much enjoyed our stay here.The staff was especially helpful and gave great recommendations for dining and hiking. Things to know: This hotel is NOT in St. MORITZ. It is in Celerina. This is shown in the listing, but was not clear about the location. It worked out OK for us, but should be explained more clearly. The in room bathroom is VERY small, but there is a shared facility that is more spacious.
