Great complex built on a lake on concrete columns however it is not a new complex and bit outdated, if you are looking for a modern new hotel, this is not for you. Our room and bathroom was a good size with a large balcony which had a table and 2 chairs. Staff were very nice and friendly, we found in Vietnam people are very friendly and kind, we haven’t had a bad experience during our 3 weeks trip last year and 2 weeks into our almost 3 weeks trip.

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.
