This really is a mega resort. They do have everything one could need, including back up baby bottles, medicine, etc. however, it’s really hard to figure out how to get around the property with a stroller! you can only access outside via ramp/elevator and those passages are hard to find. Roughly 4ish pools to choose from but you have to get there early if you want a chair. The one for kids/the cove is crowded and feels very much like a cheap all inclusive… the activities like the flamingo walk and sea life sanctuary are cute but not good for kids under 2.5. It was hard to do these with a 4.5 yr old and 21mo old…The lines in the morning at Starbucks and cafe Madeline are huge. It’s nice that kids eat free but you MUST make reservations way in advance. For amenities or some semblance of an upscale feel you need to stay at the SLS or Rosewood. Sadly both were full upon booking. if you are in the west tower, those rooms have no bathtub so if you need that request to be in the east tower. There is shopping and upscale boutiques in the casino but be advised the Rolex boutique doesn’t actually sell Rolex’s! lastly, my husband got kicked out of the casino because he was “winning too much” which is comical because he was up like $500 on top of $500 he came in with. I found this funny because they specifically have separate areas and private rooms where they invite people to play with higher amounts. I would not stay at the Hyatt again. I prefer a smaller less chaotic experience w/ kids
