Everything was good! The only bad thing is the lady working in the lobby selling tours! Please do NOT buy any tours from her she is a rip off!! She wanted to charge us 30 000 colombian pesos more than what the real price was! Please book all your tours online!!

Its location is great a few blocks from the beach. The service is wonderful. The rooms are not that big and there aren't many amenities.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed for 8 days, the only issue I had was the air conditioner leaking water on the floor but it was very humid during my stay.

I have been coming here for a few years always a great stay!!!!

Good facilities and a nice hotel but quite a way out of the old town. Pool and air conditioning were really good.

We really liked the hotel. The pool was great! The staff was very friendly and will to help with the language barrier. The room was nice and clean, but it was very noisy. If you are a light sleeper you will not sleep well in a room near the front. The party buses are honking and alarms are going off all night.

Great quality for the price! I would highly recommend this hotel to budget conscious travellers that don’t want to sacrifice on quality too much

This hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. After reading reviews about noise coming from the street we paid a few dollars more to get a room on the interior overlooking the pool. When we arrived they showed us to our room and discovered our room was on the street side and it was really noisy. We went to the front desk showed them our reservation for a pool side room and they quickly moved us to another room on the interior and the room was silent. We had also paid extra for a breakfast buffet. When we arrived to breakfast the buffet consisted of bread, more bread and bread,.... along with fruit, yogurt and cereal and jars of candy to fill the gaps. We saw the waiter bringing eggs to someone in there room perhaps, there was no one else but us. So we asked if eggs were included. They asked what room we were in to confirm we paid for breakfast and then said yes it is included.We ordered 3 scrambled eggs. We sat and waited for about a half hour. The egg delivery guy came to deliver eggs at the front door. We thought maybe it was taking so long because they ran out of eggs. We waited another 10 minutes.They never said anything about our scrambled eggs so we just left. Cant complain about the room itself except that there were stains on the white duvet so it made me question whether or not they wash the duvet in between guests. Also the headboard had a residue of dirt. The shower had a slow drain so it filled up with a few inches of water as you showered.
