I fly out of Perth regularly and as I have early morning flights to catch and reside in Mandurah, I prefer to have an overnight stay close to the airport. There are cheaper options in the area, but I choose the Swan River Hotel as I believe you get what you pay for: quiet, comfortable and pleasant. I have stayed here many times and I will probably return.

Pleasant overnight stay and will probably return.
I work FIFO and as I had an earlier flight than usual, I wanted an overnight stay close to the airport. There are cheaper options in the area, but I selected the Swan River Hotel as I believe you get what you pay for: I wanted something quiet, comfortable and pleasant. Swan River Hotel delivered on all of these: and the helpful staff even moved me to a quieter part of the hotel with fewer guests. I enjoyed my stay and will probably return.

Overprice for the current state of what you get, air con rattled, toilet needed a better clean, facilities need up keeping. It’s a good place, just not for the price.

Place is very average for what you pay. Was put in a room with two single beds when we booked a king room. Staff were able to find us a different room with a ‘king’ bed (was just 2 singles pushed together). Sheet on bed also had a big burn mark in it. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Easy check in, room nice a big. Room looked ok at first sight, but then saw the walls were pretty dirty….coffee splashes (spilt coffee), not just one splash, was pretty obvious. The bathroom was reasonably clean however they could do with getting rid of the calcium build up on the shower tap.

Terrible hotel. Care factor zero
I travel to Perth regularly but have never considered this hotel. I will never go back now. No water provided for $250/night. Bathroom was filthy. I've never seen such a dirty toilet for a 4 star hotel. The gym is a shocker! Just a closet with old equipments from Kmart.

Not a 4stars hotel, it is generous to give 3stars. When we arrived I asked if someone could help with the luggage and female receptionist replied: “for what?” She never smiled or said hello. In the room there is no water to drink. Really poor hotel and bad service
