So the hotel is very dated tiles in the bathroom ceiling were falling down air conditioning wasn’t the greatest new beds and pillows are needed I have never been to a hotel that has brown towels and they weren’t even bath towels! Customer service was superb!!!!!!!!!!

I asked if there was a laundry I could use and Andrea said she would see we had it done. She arrived at our door, picked up the laundry and did the wash for us! We were very impressed.
