HOTEL IS SHUT!!

THIS HOTEL WAS SHUT!!! Absolutely disgusted in the service provided by the hotel still a week later and have had no contact and more importantly disgusted in the treatment from hotels.com who couldn’t care less!!!

Faulty Towers

Not really the fault of the poor girls trying to run the hotel. They did theìr best but in need of a complete overhaul. Good job it was just somewhere to sleep! Don't forget to take towels. They don't provide any unless you ask - 2 or 3 times. And don't be expecting to watch tv while you're getting ready. Room was small. Friends had to change room after 1 night then the new room didn't have a wardrobe -just a coat hook on the wall. Only positive - it was central. Won't be going back.

Avoid, absolute hovel!

This hotel is an absolute hovel. The owner has no clue on customer service or making sure people have a comfortable stay. The rooms r shabby, our tv didn't work the rooms where filthy. Breakfast was horrible. I asked too b moved rooms due too the fb broke and room being disgusting. We got fobbed off and lied too , was told no availability but when I searched booking.com and hotels.com vacancies where available. Day 2 we did get moved because in all fact there was availability we had been lied too due too the customer service being disgraceful. Not suitable for my dog, let alone a human being.

Once again an excellent stay here, Craig the owner is so helpful and all staff are friendly, the location is amazing close to everything and it's always a great price, breakfast great room clean can't wait to return again 21st October with the kids so thanks for an amazing stay again see you soon 👍👍 xx

Very average.

Very average. Decent price but place needs a good clear-up. Can't use the shower unless you're a leprechaun, no point trying to move in the room unless you're literally walking through the door to fall on the bed. Beds very comfy though. Erm, yep. That's it for the positives. Would I stay there again? For 30 a night, if I was on a drinking party and had the double room to myself, possibly. One penny more or sharing with someone, no chance.

can not fault the breakfast full English

the room had too many wardrobes in the room, crumbs on the bedside table, carpet outdated and a haven for dirty television did not work but staff got it going but the wiring is a fire hazard toilet was not bolted to the floor and rocked while sitting on it.

Dirty, should be condemned!

Quite possibly the worst hotel we've ever stopped at in 20 years of staying in Blackpool. The room was dirty, the breakfast cutlery and cups were dirty, just didn't want to stay a moment longer, will not be staying here again!

Stay away

Bestilte her basert på tidligere anmeldelser. Disse levde ikke opp til forventningene. Måtte betale hele oppholdet med kontanter ved ankomst. Da vi skulle bo der i 3 dager hadde vi ikke så mye kontanter, og vi ble sendt ut av hotellet og 100m ned i gaten for å ta ut penger. Vi ankom sent på kveld og det var ikke trivelig å måtte gå i mørke gater med så mye kontanter. Rommet var veldig lite og det ble ikke skiftet håndkle eller oppredd seng i løpet av dagene vi bodde der. Frokost var inkludert. Stor vannlekkasje fra 2. etg ned i trang spisesal.

Ønsker du kvalitet - hold deg unna Hollingdales

Negativt: Kun kontant betaling som måtte betales ved ankomst. Rommet/seng ble ikke ryddet og oppredd. Ingen håndklær på rommet. Skulle visstnok ha en storrengjøring i løpet av uken. Så ingenting til dette. Smågrinete eier. Positivt: Sov godt. Grei TV på rommet. Bra frokost inkl. i prisen.

Horrendous experience.

Greeted ok, but then it went downhill. Couldn't pay by card (cash only), even though I had the card I booked on. Room was a double, no bigger than a box room (very cramped). Light fitting had no cover on in bedroom (loose wires exposed) light fitting in en suite was hanging down out of the ceiling (more wires exposed) and was dangerously close to shower head (water & electric don't mix). Television ariel was very loose into back of tv kept losing picture. Tea & coffee was crammed into a small container, didn't look appealing at all, therefore didn't use it. Cover on bed was stained, no towels in room had to go down and ask, when I got them they were damp and also stained. Egg at breakfast wasn't proper fried so didn't eat it. Ceiling in Dining room LEAKED BADLY both days(someone upstairs taking a shower). Leak was just mopped making laminate floor SLIPPERY & DANGEROUS. A towel was then used to wipe that up and then left on table to soak up the continuing leak from upstairs. Will NEVER stay there again EVER !!!
