Amazing, friendly staff - great location

This small hotel is a bit quirky (2 level room with tiny sitting area on first floor and bed area on the upper level) but it’s in a terrific location for wandering around Monopoli. Our receptionist was super friendly and is the reason for the positive review. She had great area recommendations and was able to help us when the mini fridge in our room wasn’t working. She was truly a pleasure!

Boa acomodação no centro de Bari

Hotel antigo sem cafre da manhã, localização bem central, perto da estação de trem e ônibus e da cidade histórica. Para pernoitar quem vai a outras cidades da Puglia. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Excelente atendimento

Lovely place for weekend break

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is very centrally situated, perfect for a city break. The room was clean, quiet and as expected in a city centre had a small bathroom. The kettle was great for a morning drink but walk outside and you are spoiled for choice of places to eat and drink. To repeat again fantastic location

Suficiente

Apesar do staff ser muito atencioso o local não mudou desde a minha última estadia,limpo sem detalhes na limpeza,toslhas e roupas de cama limpas,dem reposição de nescafe e gel de banho,travesseiro ruim cobertor não parecia ter sido higienizado apesar de não estar sujo, sem café da manhã, acho que não repetiria

Apenas razoável

Primeiramente tive muita dificuldade para encontrar o endereco, depois o hotel está distribuido em dois prédios, a recepção não foi o lugar que fiquei. Em segundo ao ligar o ar condicionado o disjuntor caia, assim ficamos meio dia em tentativas. Em terceiro a Internet para wifi não funcionou durante toda a estada.

O design do quarto foi bem interessante, dividido em dois andares e facilitando a estadia de 3 pessoas no quarto, mesmo sendo relativamente pequeno. É uma construção antiga com o seu charme, e a localização na cidade é muito boa também! Local muito bem-humorado. Os detalhes que critico são a limpeza do quarto e do box do banheiro. Infelizmente achamos formiga no sofá-cama (entrou até na mala); poeira em baixo da escada, cama e tapete. A sacada infelizmente é somente usada para colocar a parte externa do condicionado, por isso nem conseguimos usar (por ser pequena e barulhenta pelas máquinas), foi bastante diferente das fotos. Wi-Fi com velocidade instável.

Lovely room. Bathroom and specifically shower was super tiny. It was clean and well located. Luggage storage was available if you get there before check in time and there were staff onsite which was great. They have two apartments they work out of both very close to each other. Disappointed in how the parking situation was advertised. When we searched for locations with parking included this was listed. Parking was not included or available onsite as well as off site like some other places we stayed at. Available in this case meant that you could take your chances finding free parking on the streets somewhere or pay for parking in a relatively nearby lot at $20 Euros a day *no in and out privileges but pay for time. Staff were friendly. Building had an elevator that could handle 2-3 adults and 3 suitcases. wifi was good enough to text only (not even to share photos or use internet) from our room.

This was the first time I have bee upset about an b&b. The hosts are amazing. They are responsive, helpful and always there for you. I appreciate all their help! The building all though is very noisy and the walls are thin silo you hear evey noise and happenings. People are rude and loud. This is not their fault. Also last night I was there, there must have been a block party and the fact that they allowed music blasting til 12AM is insane!!! Disappointed in the surroundings.
