先是要自己用機器入住 結果半夜打電話上來說搞錯入住的人，那為何自以為是的用機器入住方式呢? 第二天出去玩回來卡還無法刷，問半天三個人員都無法解決，一定要另一比較大咖的來處理，三秒就處理好的事情搞了十幾分鐘。 隔天退房還要我們付一筆稅金!更莫名其妙

Perfect stay
Great position, steps from Broadway, clean, friendly, comfortable. The rooftop bar even had live music one of the nights we were there this time. This is our go to hotel in NYC, we’ve stayed at this property before and will again next time

Like being at home, but better.
My husband and I stayed here for our first visit to New York. I must say, I’ve never been more comfortable at a hotel. It was like being at home, but better! We enjoyed our stay immensely! The only hiccup was a small one. We arrived at around noon to check-in (Check-in s at two), but our room wasn’t ready yet. Totally fine. So we asked if we could leave our bags while we went to kill some time before check-in. When we returned, there was a little bit of confusion about where our luggage went. It only took a few extra minutes to be located. Other than that, a pretty pristine experience! A+++
