Their information on your platform is a scam. I have booked this places because of two reason. 1. It was because they say in their ads that they have 24 hours airport shuttle but that is a lie. I asked why you are giving false information, they reply we can call a taxi! As if I do not have any clue on earth that I cannot get a taxi with “ItTaxi” by myself. 2. Which is my second reason to book this hotel was that an open buffet breakfast. This is the second lie. When I asked where is kitchen for breakfast, they said it is not “active”. I said what do you mean with the active, your ads say there is an open buffet breakfast when I booked it and they are best solutions are the cafes in the corner to get breakfast.

The location is absolutely perfect turn the corner and you’re greeted with a view of the Colosseum just a stone’s throw away. The Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are within a 15-minute walk, while the Vatican is about 25 minutes by car and Trastevere just 15 minutes. There are plenty of great little restaurants right out the front and all around the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I did notice some seedy people hanging out at the front on occasion, but they were largely harmless. The staff were very friendly and responsive, which made the stay more comfortable. If you’re looking for a hotel mainly as a place to sleep while exploring Rome, I highly recommend it. But if you want luxury or extra amenities, you may prefer elsewhere.

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has medium standard, but you have everything you need. The location is perfect and you can walk to all the famous places in Rome by just walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe as a female solo traveller.

A lovely option in Rome.

The hotel was booked last minute because of an Airbnb that wasn’t quite right. The staff were very helpful and let us keep our luggage there until check-in. The lobby is comfortable and nice to relax in while we waited. The water cooler was a very nice and welcome addition in the lobby. The rooms are basic yet clean and comfortable with a pretty spacious bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable with a nice selection. My one small note for improvement is that the lamps in the room have cool lightbulbs instead of warm and so the light reminded me more of a hospital than a hotel. No other issues beyond that and I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel has a lot going for it. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by tons of food and shopping options. The staff were really nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included in the package was also a nice touch and made mornings much easier. That said, a few things took away from the overall experience. There was no TV or fridge in the room, and the rooftop bar which was one of the features that drew me in was closed during my stay with no notice. Even the TV in the common area didn’t work, so there weren’t many options for relaxing onsite. If you’re mainly looking for a convenient, clean place to sleep in a central location, it does the job. But if amenities and advertised features are important to you, it may fall short.
