員工態度超級差,有史以來住過最不舒服的飯店
It is the worst hotel I had stay since I traveled. Super super super super rude service staff, bad hotel management system.
We was paid by credit card when we check in, and they asked money again when we checked out because of system said we didn’t paid.
Service asked receipt very fierce and made we feels really uncomfortable (the important thing is they didn’t gave us receipt at first, Fortunately, we have reserved credit card orders.)really really bad experience in my life.
Not recommended this place to stay, don’t come!
真的是我旅行至今住過態度最差的飯店,我們check out 的時候服務人員要我們再重新付錢,只因為他們系統說我們還沒付款。服務人員非常兇的要求我們出示收據證明我們昨天入住時有付錢,重點是他們昨天check in 的時候根本沒有給我們收據,好險我們有保留信用卡的刷卡簽單。住了上千家旅館第一次遇到如此荒唐的狀況
