Great Staff - Hotel needs work

Staff was great. Changed rooms once since the first was not clean, second had broken lights and bathroom door wouldn't close. Didn't feel like switching again so dealt with it. Comfy bed and quiet area.

The property is fine. We stayed on the first floor and from 3 o’clock in the morning there was a strange, clicking noise outside our door. I think it was their dehumidifier in the hallway. The room is very spacious and it was clean.

Our room was just Okay. No regular coffee in room and part of the coffee maker was missing, so we couldn't make morning coffee anyway. Free breakfast was free. That's about all the good I can say about it. Watery eggs and sausage. Kinda raw pancakes. Cold cereal May have been the best bet, if you trust that the milk was good. Also, no sign on the door letting you know which of the three doors to go in to check in.

Could be a little cleaner

2 floors and no elevator so if you are disabled or in a wheelchair, I do not recommend this place. There was an indoor pool. Only 2 big towels in the room, no hand soap but there was shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, chain lock was broke on the door, no plastic bag for ice container, shower curtain was moldy, no ironing board, front entryway looked dirty, little piece of trash on the floor, there was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Hotel was next to a Perkins. The area was safe and quiet.

Ck in help needed an Assistant with breakfast. Awesome guy but couldn't keep up with everything. We had to tell him to refill things. Ubers wouldn't pick up at that area or were not available. Nonsmoking rooms still smelled like smoke. No elevator so if on 2nd floor it was tough hauling thongs up.

Stay was very bad

It was bad from the beginning. Said it had a spa and there wasn’t one. Said open inside and outside pool and it was not open outside. Room had trash from last person or later, fake finger nails and trash. Coffee in lobby was stale and did not get changed. Pancake mix ran out at 8am and not refilled. Total overall experience is bad and we will never return there. They new management and staff as it all seemed to be a family thing.
