When we arrived at the hotel the reception asked us a series of questions, and then subsequently found no record of our stay. They then told me the "back stage" staff who is in charge of online bookings is on a holiday due to the 1st May Golden Week in China. They took multiple shots of my booking details off my phone, and made us wait for around 25 minutes for the rooms. They spoke and read a minimum level of English and offered no apologies on the hotel’s behalf. Their attitude is somewhat unprofessional and does not make us feel like the check in process was easy.
