Was the best place we've been at on our trip. Breakfast was great and attendant was wonderful.

We reserved the one of the rooms with the loft...a king bed downstairs and a queen upstairs...for a trip to a wedding with my husband's sister. The separate sleeping areas provided privacy for changing clothes and was just the perfect room for us. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and that area was very well-maintained. We had a very comfortable stay!

My biggest complaint is the scrambled egg were almost runey. The sausage gravy was the consistency of soup.

Just a couple suggestions. The way room is setup toilet and tub are is separate room with sink in bedroom. There is a framed lighted mirror that was very dim. Hard to apply makeup. There were lights in ceiling over sink; however, the entire room was on one switch. If you used the ceiling light it woke up entire room. Also, please invest in some heavier coffee cups. The ones you have are so thin you can’t hold onto them and there were no sleeves offered. We got to where we used two cups per cup of coffee after we burned our hands trying to get coffee from breakfast area to our room!

Everything was good. Breakfast was great and view of river was excellent. The doors on the room on the other hand were not fitted correctly for the door. They had tried to fix the doors with a rubber strip to close gap…. But unfortunately the halls are right in your room it sounds like. You can hear everything that happens in the hall abnormally loud.

Overall the hotel is in decent condition. Our room however had some issues. The hotel offered us a discount, but could not refund as we booked through 3rd party app. Really the room should have been refunded.

It was good, but my mom got stuck in the bathroom, so the bathroom door was damaged, it them 2 days to fix it. But over all, it was good stay. We had mold on the of the roof as well.

It wasn’t as you had rated .. our rooms weren’t cleaned oven after asking twice … had to ask for more towels as no cleaning was done .. room smelled and def needs renovating .. not at all what expected ,,, false advertising .. will not be se hotel . Checking in and out with the front desk agents Nashekia and Jennifer was quick and simple. The hotel lobby and walkways leading to the rooms were clean. The room in which we stayed, beds were comfortable, lights and plumbing were functional and the bath was really clean. I was impressed overall. There is not one thing that I can complain about. Did I neglect to mention breakfast? One would chose from a regular breakfast menu that changed daily. Even though the Hotel is steps from the highway there were no excessive noise, very quiet. Would stay here again.
