Accommodating management
I requested a nonsmoking room but none was available, so I initially stayed in a smoking room...which was not very comfortable for me. After two nights they transferred me to the Red Carpet, into a nonsmoking room, which was great. I appreciate their arranging the swap.

I requested a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed and no air conditioning and when I went to change it they gave me another one where there were large cockroaches and no mirror. They supposedly wanted to refund my money.

Comfortable stay in Washington - close to center
We arrived early to leave the car in the parking before going to the mall. The man in charge recommended to go by car and find parking easily (Sunday!) - that was a true blessing. On the other hand on the next day he did not inform us that on Columbus day parking is also free and most of the city is closed...So we took a taxi and went back by foot (about 2.5 miles). Pity he did not know... The room was very comfortable for 4 and the price was good too compared to all other options close to the mall.

Positivas: Metro a 12 mins. Súpermercado y opciones de comida cerca. TV ok, colchones bien. Negativas: Algunas cucarachas, no hay flexibilidad de entrar un poco antes, zona ruidosa. Lo peor: Publicitan en grande WiFi gratis y no existe dicho servicio, es NULO.

Room didn't match the pics on the booking app, it was burn marks on the blankets in the room... I barely wanted to sleep on the bed cause it felt like somethin was bitin my arms and the tv remote didn't work, no area to get ice or drinks and there wasnt a refrigerator in the room... it was an awful experience there... would NEVER stay there again, the motel 6 out in NY are way better than this crap...

This room was absolutely disgusting. The blankets had holes and stains, the sheets had hair on them, and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had hair in the toilet and in the shower.

When we arrived, there were no towels and no pillow cases. The bed was not made and there was a cockroach in the toilet. The deadbolt good not inspire safety as it barely held and actually once locked, we could not get out. Heard sirens all night and only had 7 channels 3 in Spanish. There was also caution tape out in front of our door and we were only given one set of towels. The pillows were stained as well.
