Ok at best.
First room i was given had dirty towels and trash in it and smelled like marijuana. Went and requested a different room, and was given one without issue. The second room had been cleaned but not very well. Had cobwebs in the room with dead bugs in them. Stains on the comforter. The handle fell off of the sink. Deadbolt knob would not retract the deadbolt.

I had to cancel my stay. My reservation was to pay at hotel. The manager literally screamed at me as I tried to get refund for charges on my card. Expedia tried also. Complete refusal of returning charges

This is a condemned building
Well I thought this was a nice place to stay and it's not every time I stay here for weeks months it's always dirty they don't clean they don't fix nothing they got cockroaches in here everything dirty everything the stupid chick with the little thing around her head the little girl then I took him to a laundromat and bleached him out cuz they're white and then I brought them back and I cleaned the rest of it and it was dirty and she said I'll charge you how about you do your job and clean your s*** there's cockroaches in here they had mold in the f****** refrigerator the microwave was dirty they had me in a room and it had no luck no nothing there was black everywhere bunch of drug addicts outside a bunch of drunks bunch of f****** pimps and hoes Nick is not a nice person half the time he talks I don't even know what he's saying but I will never stay here again

Upon check in, the staff member was incredibly rude. While I was waiting in line behind two individuals who were paying for their room in cash, she asked if I had a reservation and when I said yes she looked visibly disappointed. During the check in process she kept running my American Express card and the machine continually said, “card error”. When I asked her to run it again, I noticed on her computer screen that she was tapping “debit” instead of credit. When I asked her to trying hitting credit, she said she had already tried without it working, and that’s why she was now hitting debit. When I pressed for her to try again, she did and the card immediately worked. Once the card transaction went through, she then began to question my California drivers license and said she did not see the ID number. It actively seemed like she did not want me to stay at the property. When I finally got my room key, she noted that checkout was at 10am when the policy through Expedia and the Motel 6 website said 11am. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone due to this questionable experience.

Don’t do it.
If this is the only place available, keep driving, or spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. This was the worst motel 6 I’ve ever seen. You have to expect a certain level with Motel 6 for what you are paying but this was bad. The room had trash on the floor, debris on every surface, hair in the shower, and when I pulled the sheets down there was hair and it was obvious the sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk to leave, stating the room was dirty and we wouldn’t stay. The front desk staff went to the room to check - as if they didn’t believe me, and offered me another room after seeing it. I was extremely hesitant, but due to the late hour I agreed to stay. The overall condition of the property is poor, drywall cracks everywhere, deferred maintenance, light bulbs burned out, fridge filthy inside, I didn’t dare open the microwave. I’d say it’s the absolute most bare bones hotel I’ve ever seen, not even a small bar of soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Slept fine and left as quick as possible. Check out is at 10am, not sure why, it’s not like they spend that extra hour cleaning the room. One star for no dog fees, as I am traveling with pets who are probably cleaner than most of these guests
