Hotel fantástico!

Ficamos no quarto swim up no Zilara e adoramos. All inclusive com restaurantes, bares e cafés muito bons, inclusive o de buffet. As aulas de pilates e yoga foram excelentes, assim como a academia, completa. Funcionários simpáticos e atendimento cortês. Ótimo entretenimento noturno!

It wasn’t all bad, but it wasn’t that good

The food was the same every day. I have better Jamaican food in the United States then I had on the resort.. the further you go to the beach, you start losing access to the Internet. To leave off the resort cause way too much money it was only two of us and they wanted $80 there and $80 back that’s $160 US dollars Uber is way more cheaper which I found out the last day that they have Uber there and it is cheaper. No one tells you about Uber. They only tell you to get a driver. The resort is nice, but the rooms definitely need to be upgraded. They charge too much money to have those outdated rooms. And the walls are so thin you can hear the people next-door talking everything there is super expensive. I took pictures for none of my birthday and paid $300 for a package and they airdrop the pictures to me. They didn’t even print out pictures. Yes, they came out nice I truly only want four pictures which they told me would be $25 plus tax for each picture but at the seeing a pictures, we decided to get the package because it would be more cheaper. The jerk chicken is nothing but grilled chicken and you add jerk sauce. They’re not seasoning that chicken with jerk the peas and rice. You can’t even taste the coconut milk in it you have to add a lot of salt to it to get a good taste from it. I’m definitely not looking forward to going back.

This is the mini bar that they restock once a day they gave you beer, soda, water & orange juice

This the cabana that I rented $169 is yours from 9am o’clock to 6pm they give you a cooler with water sodas, and a bottle of wine (PROSECCO) I did get a lot of rest

The mud massage 20 minutes or ATV while you go down the river Falls they want $205 per person and the mud massage is only for women so for me and my husband it would be $410 for 20 minutes mud massage 3 hours trips

You Don't get what you pay for

After paying over $900 per night for my short stay for a ocean view room . I was given a room over looking the pool. When i mentioned it. I was told that hotel .com doesnt always provide you woth accurate information and description of rooms. Very annoying having to pay $900 plus per night to watch some damn people in a pool

Great resort

The service is amazing here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Our room had a few maintenance issues and they were corrected in a timely manner. Our ac unit struggled the entire time tho. The resort, as a whole, is a bit outdated. The food was just ok but the staff doesn’t shy away from making sure you have plenty of drinks to make you comfortable. The beach is amazing and the swim up pool area is even better.

Room was wonderful! Rodney and Elvis were wonderful bartenders near the pool/beach. One of the bellhops helped us out tremendously when our tour never picked us up. He was an older gentleman I think named cliff or chad. Something that started with a C.

Great resort could use some tinkering.

Our stay was overall pretty good. One day as I left the room I did have a toilet malfunction and water on its own overflow. Maintenance immediately came up but he vacuumed the water and wiped with towels and exposed of the water into the bathtub, very unsanitary. I requested to be moved to another room and they did oblige but I had to wait for hours which stopped my day for a few hours as I had to repack and wait for call new room was ready. Everyone that works there seems to be immune to the Jamaican Heat so they didn't utilize all the space fans inside their work zones so left patrons hot when visiting certain desk. Room service always seemed to forget something so order extra, $10 charge per visit to room plus tip if you tip, I do. All the staff and I mean all were extremely courteous and helpful. Tenese Lawernce is with the concierge team and was very helpful. I had special things planned and she took care of all of them seamlessly. I did a beachfront dinner, birthday cake room decor, and a private fire dance on the beach. She took care of all things with zero hiccups. I booked 2 rooms 1 was a 1 bedroom Ocean view and the other was junior suite, I requested an upgrade on the junior suite and was hoping for a complementary upgrade as I did spend a boat load of "extra" money at the resort on private events as it is customary most times. I did have to pay for my upgrade which sucked but at least they allowed me to do it. Food not the best Service top notch Cleanliness subpr

Had a three night stay there. On the day that we arrived there was no hot water, and we didn’t get hot water until the morning that we left. That situation hung over like a black cloud and kind of ruined the vacation, but I have to say that staff was incredible. If not for the hot water situation, my rating would have been a five star. Also they did not offer any compensation for the aggravation. Very annoyed by that also.
