Not recommended
Heat didn’t work overnight but didn’t complain since we didn’t get too cold. Hot water for sink at night, but only cold water for our sink and shower in the morning. Tried contacting Hotels.com but phone and Chat wouldn’t work for report.

It’s a very budget friendly option and perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and well-priced place. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us.

Complete PIT, we had to stay there due to a Hurricane we were fleeing from. By FAR the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in!!!!!! I had to ask for a chair since the room only had one and a table with no chairs. I had to carry it myself from another room and was told I could only take one. Sleep in your car, it's safer than this place.

The room was lacking in basic provisions, no place to put suitcases, no hangers for clothes, tv wall mount broken. We found tv on the floor face down, had to wire it ourselves. No fan in the bathroom and infested with roaches.

The staff was very friendly. It’s a dog friendly hotel. They were very kind. They didn’t mind. My dog is a Rottweiler very sweet Rottweiler, but still a Rottweiler. Most people won’t take them they took care of us during the hurricane. Can’t thank them enough

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process easy and smooth. The workers were nice and answered any questions I had. The only issue is the room was dirty, The tub looked nasty as crap. The towels left in the room had black stains in them. The toilet seat was yellow .. this a gas station in the hood toilet, and the blankets on the bed felt so dirty I bought one just to throw over it and sleep for the night. The next morning, somebody had left food in the garbage ( can foods and bags of food looked like they were kicked out ) anyways , THE WORKER WHO WERE ON DUTY WERE GOING THROUGH IT AND TAKING STUFF TO THEIR CARS !!!! it was definitely not something I would want my guest to see considering they don’t use gloves when cleaning room ( seen it with my own eyes)

I recently had an amazing stay at Serena Inn in Clermont. The room was super comfy, and the staff were the sweetest. They were always there to help, making sure I had a great time. I’d highly recommend Serena Inn to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Kissimmee.

It so dirty and unsafe,the fool is dirty, the water is weak and no hot water. The Ac is ok. Not very happy about this place.

I needed a quick stay near home as my air conditioner went out. Thanks Lobby is amazing! Staff were ALL helpful and friendly. The hotel is older but the accessable room was great. I only wish I could have been able to get a non smoking room but none were available. I would stay again if needed.
