Ants in the bed, dirty pool
I read the comments from previous guests, so I was prepared for the problem of the owner's inability to find our reservation for two days. We did get asked for two days about our reservation, and i was fine about it. They figured it out eventually. I booked this hotel because of its beachfront location and the convenience to shift from pool to the sea. They do have a beachfront pool, but the pool was dirty when we arrived. They started cleaning the pool after we arrived. What really bothered me was the ant problem. Usually I don't freak out about ants because we have seen them in a B&B apt, but they have got ants in the bed. We saw three In our bed. After two nights, I have got ant bites all over my body. And they did not change the bed linen or clean our rooms once during our stay, even tho they remembered to get into our rooms to turn off the power switch every day after we leave the rooms. I have been traveling in Vietnam for three weeks now, and have stayed in enough hotels to say that this one has the most cleanness issues. The only pro I can think of is the privacy the hotel offers. Since we were the only guests staying at this hotel, we pretty much had the whole hotel for ourselves. But the dirtiness and discomfort has made the stay a really unpleasant experience.
