Look No Further.
Andrea was the most amazing host and hotelier we could have ever imagined. His communication style was kind, genuine, and calm from before we even met him. He took the time to let us know everything about the hotel and went above and beyond to give us special knowledge of the city and how to navigate its richness. The hotel was in a perfect location, tucked away on a quiet street not too close to the hectic center but in ideal reach of it, and all of the corners of this diverse and sprawling place. Thank you Andrea and thank you Palermo!

Exceptionnel : la gérante, Fanny, a été d'une gentillesse et d'une attention extraordinaire. Notre GPS nous avais fourvoyé dans une impasse, elle est venue avec nous en co-pilote pour nous tirer de ce mauvais pas puis a trouvé une place pour garer elle-même le voiture pendant 3 jours. L'établissement a beaucoup de caractère, il est bien situé (tout à pied), les chambres et la literie sont confortables et le petit déjeuner est au top. Un grand moment !

Atendeu nossas expectativas, atendimento atencioso, instalações bem cuidadas. Apenas o café da manhã que não teve reposição e meia hora antes de finalizar já faltavam algumas opções, que o funcionário disse que tinham acabado. Inclusive, poderia começar mais cedo, pois no segundo dia, fomos embora pro aeroporto sem café, pois uniciava somente às 8h

We had the most wonderful stay. We were welcomed to our gorgeous suite by Luigi and it just set the tone for an excellent time in Palermo. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed and the original artworks within the B&B are superb.

Please get locks fixed to front main door! This review otherwise would have been a 4 or 5 star rating for me. The accommodations were nice, friendly staff especially the lovely kitchen staff. Breakfast spread was fantastic and good caffe. Franny and Lugi were helpful. As a solo female traveler safety is very important to me. The whole lock situation of working the key at the main entrance door was very difficult and stressful at the end of each amazing day I had in Palermo. Staff literally leaves properly before 9pm sometimes 8:30pm so if you can’t get in w the jacked key you are given you are out of luck. I even tried to get back in time before dark & staff left but no one was available at property or answered my WhatsApp messages (chat I had already been communicating w Franny on upon arrival) as I was outside unable to get in. Franny never acknowledged or apologized for not responding next day. Just ignored my messages of being locked out. After several attempts I eventually got the key to work but very difficult. I am a young person and thought at breakfast looking around at the other older guests… there is no way my grandparents would get this lock. I barely did. Unnecessary stress of my otherwise relaxing, amazing trip. I stayed three nights, next time Palermo will be a day trip for me. Stay in Cefalu and do day trips from there for exploring Northern Sicily. With locks fixed… I would recommend for a night or two stay minimum.

Palermo is rather noisy city but lots to see. 2 days was perfect as we went to the Mondreal Cathedral a must do. This was a wonderful BB. The location was perfect. The staff great. We had trouble with the locks. We were informed the front due/ entrance key needed to be b pulled out part way. Our. Why don’t they fix the lock? Our room key was a problem we couldn’t open it one night and had to call for help. The next day we couldn’t get out. This lock needs to be replaced Olive oil doesn’t work. There is a wonderful garden for breakfast. If you love pastries this is your breakfast place! They also has fruit and some lambs lettuce which we loved. The staff was amazing. AC works great. Shower leaked Bed was comfortable. Fireworks go off at all hours in the city and the children are running strings outside screaming at all hours all over the city. We loved this place. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. Fanny and Andrea made us feel welcome and they were very helpful and nice. The B&B is situated in a historic and very charming building. We loved the breakfast room with the painted ceiling and the beautiful patio/garden where we had breakfast and could hang out. The view from our room was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the charming neighbourhood. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at this B&B in Palermo was fantastic. We stayed in a spacious suite with a large modern room and bathroom, complete with a rain shower. The views from both the bedroom and our private balcony were stunning, especially the view of the Cathedral of Palermo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Andrea going above and beyond to offer valuable advice for our short stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Communication was excellent—they even sent us restaurant recommendations during our stay. The B&B’s peaceful garden area provided a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Palermo, yet it was conveniently located close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with a small continental selection and the option to order freshly cooked eggs and coffee. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting Palermo. It was a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and location.

Lovely hotel!
Lovely hotel in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of all the sites and many great restaurants. Our room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was great! Lovely assortment of pastries, fruit, and cheeses. Fanny and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Would stay again!
