I did not like the fact that I was not informed ahead of time that there is construction going on inside the hotel. There was dust everywhere, hallways were dimly lit, and it needed a lot of cleaning. The surrounding areas were great in that everything was walkable and access to dining and shopping were plenty.

We thought being near the bus and train stations would be convenient, but there are many vagrants nearby. There are two Hotel Mosaic; we accidently walked to the wrong one, but the incorrect place located our reservation immediately.. When we went to the correct hotel, the lady at the front desk buzzed us in, but we were unsure of the entrance. She watched us walk by and didn't say anything. Then she made us wait to "locate the reservation". She actually was waiting for her shift to end. We had to wait until the next guy came on shift :( The next night, we asked for help with the air conditioner. Again the same lady said to wait 5 min. but she never came to help. She was rude and lazy. The housekeeping ladies were very, very nice and our rooms were very clean.

My only frustration with the hotel was: even having clearly informed Hotels.com ad that it offers airport transfer service, when I requested this for the front desk, I was informed that they offer is "the service of calling a taxi" for the client. This Taxi cost me 55 Euros. I submitted a complaint via chat, but it was never replied. The hotel sits in a good location, allowing easy access to the metro, restaurants, convenience stores and landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, the Forum, and the Colosseum (these can be reached within a 10–20 minute walk). Housed in a rather old building, room was ok and met our needs.

I need a refund for this stay since we had to face several issues in the room. The AC was not cooling my room, shower door fell on me, the handle of the shower faucet was broken, there were ants in the bathroom. Because we had to leave the windows open at night to cool the room, the mosquitos bit my daughters. The toilet flush was not working the whole stay and so we had to dump water in the toilet bowl with a bucket so it could flush. This is very unprofessional and we are very disappointed. This has been the worst hotel we staying in.

Once again, in the shower there was all this mold which also attracted the bugs too.
Next to the door, there was all of this dirt-ew.
This is what the mosquitos did to my daughters all over their bodies.

Fraco e simples ao extremo

O hotel é bem localizado pra viagens rápidas e perto do centro histórico de Roma, mas muito simples. Café da manhã com poucas opções, o elevador é pequeno e muito lento. Se for falar do quarto é a pior parte pois é espaçoso mais as camas são demasiadamente pequenas e o colchão muito mole. O quarto não tem nada extra de cobertores e travesseiros. Pedi pra ter mais um travesseiro e a recepção não tinha. A escada de emergência e de circulação sai no prédio ao lado, sendo que o único meio de circulação interna seja aquele pequeno elevador.

Hotel caro para o que não oferece

Nem a tv nem o secador de cabelo funcionavam. O hotel parece reformado, mas ainda assim é fraquinho. Os elevadores são pequenos e antigos e é preciso fazer baldeação para ir para o nosso quarto. O único ponto razoável é o café da manhã. É um hotel com 1 ou, no máximo, 2 estrelas e foi muito caro para o que não oferece. Não pretendo voltar.

Für den Preis in der Lage ok, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist. Nach einer ersten schlaflosen Nacht auf einer Matratze aus Roms Gründerzeit wurde diese dann am nächsten Tag auf Bitte anstandslos ausgetauscht. Ich mochte den geruhsamen Fahrstuhl. Der entschleunigt😁😇.

The property outlook likes a residential building. The sign of hotel name was hard to spot when we first arrived there. It locates inside a six story residential building, which is shared by other B&B services. Room units are average. Since no doorman is standing at the front door and the building is shared with different hospitality groups, a little bit concern of any outside strangers sneaking into the building. Location is convenient easy access to any transports, attractions, and shops.

Mejor de lo que esperábamos

Ha sido genial!! La ubicacion es extraordinaria, las chicas de recepción todas muy simpáticas. Limpieza diaria...El hotel es para dormir y descansar y cumple perfectamente su función. Muy cómoda la cama, silencio por las noches. Lo recomiendo!!!
