Bar staff excellent Check in better than last time although they didnt have my wake up call logged until i phoned to double check. Helpful and polite at desk. The 2nd lift has been repaired finally. There is nothing I have but splendid words for this hotel. Utterly amazing and the service was just on point. Even late calls to room service were treated with the same attention you’d expect during the day. The room was completely as advertised to the T, coupled with a nice viewing selection, kettle and cups for a late night drink and so much pleasantries. I’d definitely stay again
